My daughters twin bed is as hard as boards. I hoped this purchase would help and it did, for sure. She said it’s now like sleeping on a pillow. Look, I read what feels like hundreds of reviews, good and bad, so that I make sure I'm not buying an awful product. It's sometimes exhausting! I can tell you, I could not be happier with this purchase. Like sleeping on clouds! Honestly, I expected something much cheaper in quality and maybe not as fluffy as I wanted... but wow was I surprised! Perfectly fluffy, adds I would say about 2 inches realistically and that's when laying down on it, fluffier on its own, but it's a substantial amount of filling and padding for a basic topper! It feels like more padding and I woke up with no back pain. And No. It IS NOT MEMORY FOAM. So, if you're searching for memory foam or something specific for keeping you cool at night, serious injury back support, etc., you will probably be disappointed in this purchase. If you're like me and just need to give your old mattress a little feels-almost-like-new pick me up, this is probably the best you're going to find! I had my bf buy this for his bed too and he's always raving about how amazing this topper is! We both just love it! If you find a better product, awesome. But I would most definitely repurchase this item in the future if I needed to. Sleep well! <3
