I have owned one of these bikes for a couple of months. and "okay" is the best that i can give it at the current moment. that being said, rideing the bike itself, its comfortable, on a nice day, its pleasant, despite being 260Lbs, it gets you whare you need to go, i ride it everyday to get back and forth from work. getting home, going up hill 75% of the time. that being said, while its more affordable then bikes over $1000 or a car its not the best E-Bike available. the manual provided, does not give very good details on the bike you purchase. its brief descriptions on what the systems are for different bikes that are from the provider, and even then, the ones for this bike, werent that good still, and didint make much sence. battery life is a lie. the about says the battery can last 22 miles per charge. getting back and forth from work, im going at least 10 miles and im in the red. havent had it die on me while on the road, but i make sure the battery is charged before i leave another issue i have had is that the tube for the back tire ruptured after a couple of weeks of use. not due to a puncture, but because i was provided a cheap tube that was so thin along side that the air pressure caused a leak. i was lucky i had gotten a patch kit before hand that i was able to keep it going for awhile, get more tubes for when it happened again. witch i actually just had to replace an hour before writing this. and having just spent almost $800 for the bike shipping included, it was really disappointing that i was provided such a cheap tube, especially put on the back tire whare the moter is, so getting that on was a journey. all that being said, if you plan on getting this bike, make sure you have tool set, spare tires and tire tubes, and be prepared to put some maintenance into it. aside from that, its alright. i don't regret buying it ... show more

Amazon says it was delivered May 11th but that was only for most of the accessories which the gloves were missing so I was promptly refunded the difference, the bike was actually delivered May 26th and after assembly and charging I went for over a 16 mile ride everything worked great and still registered barely 3 bars although it was mostly pedal assist when I got back home. Seems that like everyone else said around 20mph is the most you can expect but I'm very happy with what I got for the price. The bike is nice and sturdy, frame is a bit beefier than other bikes but it would be nice if it came the the kickstand that was shown, edit: the other style kickstand is not shown here, and if the seat was more comfortable and the front brakes didn't really match up right but the brakes is an easy fix, I'll check later about putting on a comfortable seat or I'll put a padded cover on it for longer trips, but I did hit some nasty bumps. Customer service has been great so far and everything was easy to figure out, the only major problem was UPS held my bike for a week and a half before delivering the bike to me but still understandable due to the issues atm. I went without charging for 2 days since it's a pleasure to just pedal and only use it if I need to deal with traffic or if I just basically wanted to get somewhere just a bit faster. I still didn't need to charge it but did anyways so I'm always ready in case for the next day. Update: I bought a second one since I really do like the frame and delivery was great this time, but in some ways this bike is better and in some ways worse. The seat and handlebars are actually adjustable to my height as I'm about 6 feet tall. The shifter is much worse but I was able to adjust it to work, The rear wheel seriously needs to be centered, and like the first bike many things are coming loose so I need to go over everything with locktite. It feels like it's pulling a parachute and gets half the mileage with motor whirr so I really need to thoroughly inspect everything going on with this bike to figure out how serious all the issues are when things aren't so hectic. It was like they shipped it without any inspection of assembly, and I really hope it's just poor assembly and not a defective motor. ... show more
