Wait wait wait wait. If you’re even thinking about not buying this thing. Well too bad. One of the Worst decision you would have made in your entire life. This thing rumbles my room and I’m three stories up on the third floor. This thing is in my basement and wow wow wow. It is a beast. Guys I have the nakamishi 9,2.4 and yes it was awesome no lie. Didn’t need to change. But when I read the reviews about this dragon 11.4.6 I was like I have to get same. So I watched it for about 4 months trying to see if the price would drop on Amazon. Unfortunately the price didn’t drop the item just sold out and I was like Wednesday Thursday Friday ( WTF). Devastated so I waited again and then thought to myself I can check eBay and there it was the dragon on eBay. So long story short no waiting this time around pulled the trigger on this over 2.5k beast. Then I decided wth go big or go home. I bought the 12 inch sub to go with it. BRUH BRUH BRUH!!!!! I will not be setting foot back in any theater as it stands. This thing rumbles the third damn floor of my house. With all doors locked. Don’t even think I need to get another 12 inch sub trust and believe that. But I got OCD and I have to get the pair. Guys please if you have a Dragon surround. Get the dragon stand for the surround speakers and get this 12 inch sub. Told my other half I’m going to get another 12 and she said when you get it you and them subs are gonna be out in the streets. Because things are falling off the wall. Well guys I have already located a cool little spot on the street because I’m getting another 12 inch sub. So wish me luck. 😂😂🤣😂🤣😂 But all honesty guys. This thing is a beast guys. Just get it you won’t regret. I have no more reason to set foot in a theater. Real Talk!! 5 ⭐️ is not even a good enough rating. This thing is awesome. I was hesitant to spend so much money on just 1 sub when you can buy a flagship Samsung soundbar system for the price but this 12" is far superior to the stock dual 8s that come with the nakamichi dragon system. The sub weighs a lot and built very well and it gets those lows that the 8s were falsy advertised as having which I am still very mad about. But back to the 12, I can't imagine getting another (or needing another). This sub is literally theater quality. It's loud, it vibrates, it thumps, and it's, uh, loud... Almost too loud. It's more than what I imagined and it's hard to put in words but the 8s are a geo metro compared to this Lamborghini. There is no soundbar system out there to compete with the raw power of this sub and it's not even a close competition. I have had the q990d and it performs wellbut that base is weak compared to this dragon. If you don't have one already and can afford it, you won't be disappointed. If base is not your think than this would be too much as it's loud at level 1 base output and there are 10 levels. It's so good that if nakamichi sends me a free one to review on youtube, I'll add it but spending money on another is not needed as this one is already a beast of a dragon. This subwoofer is an awesome addition to the 11.4.6 setup. It has size, it has heft, it has an awesome driver and radiator, and has the wireless technology. Yes, it’s expensive, but worth it if you value getting sound out of the dragon. I would definitely recommend this subwoofer!

My house is concrete and not pre-wired. Nakamichi made my wife happy with no wires. I already had the 8 inch subs but the addition of this 12 inch makes me truly feel like I’m in a movie theater. Even at low volume you now truly “feel” explosions, lightning, etc. It gives you that low punch it didn’t have before. It was amazing but this unit, with a least one 12 inch sub, truly gives you a movie theater experience at home! ... show more
