Edited: My original glowing review is still below. This is my updated review. These controllers are garbage. I have now bought 2 for my kid, and both failed within a few months. Buttons not working, triggers sticking, joysticks no longer returning the center. Because I am only half a moron, I thankfully bought the Amazon warranty with the second controller, which I needed to use 4 months later when the controller starting failing. As far as the manufacture warranty, Nacon support was initially very responsive and helpful, they wanted a video showing the issues, along with some other information about the controller purchase. Once I sent the video and information to them, I heard nothing. Over a month and 6 unanswered emails later, I got a reply back from them, asking for another video and more of the same information to be sent. I had given up on them by that point and told my kid to pick out a different wired controller. The initial impression for these controllers was that they were great. However, they are not well made and will fail after a few months. My kid is not a hardcore gamer, he is not putting 8 hours a day on these controllers, and we had two different ones fail within a few months of purchase. I would recommend people avoid these controllers. Original 5-Star Review: I'm not sure why it is so difficult to find a good wired PS4 controller, but for whatever reason, it is. I bought this for my kid, as the charging ports on his wireless controllers seem to get loose and have difficulty charging reliably after a year or so. The kid was skeptical, as the dimensions of this controller are slightly different from a typical PS4 controller, Kontrol Freaks custom thumb sticks do not fit on this, and while the controller is thicker, it is a bit narrower in width. The kid ended up loving it, and now uses this as his go-to controller. No more dead batteries in the middle of a match because a controller didn't properly charge overnight.

I bought the controller because my wireless controllers were constantly dying and the only complaint I have about the controller in question is the right bumper Started sticking with in a month and now if you push on it it won’t respond unless you’re really pressing down hard on it if it didn’t stick that fast then I would consider buying another one but it’s not a bad controller and it’s very responsive otherwise

I got two of these controllers for my BF's birthday. Within 6 months, the right trigger no longer works. Maybe he's just an aggressive gamer. Other than that, these controllers are freaking awesome!

This product is ok. Its a good alternative to the standard ps4 controller. I think it can stand to be a little cheaper in my opinion. I like the color overall. I does take some getting used to because the shape is different. Even though its wired i did experience some input delay. Overall its a ok product but it should be cheaper.
