I had to install an OS from a USB drive because it didn't come pre-installed, the trackpad stopped working, and the microSD slot didn't work.

First let me say that I did keep this laptop and I believe it is well made and a good bargain. Having said that I would add that it comes with Windows 11 pre-installed, not Linux as was advertised. It took me an hour just to go through the Windows installation only to have to go back and replace Windows with Linux Mint. If you are not prepared to do that, I would not recommend this laptop. If you do have a copy of Linux on a USB and some extra time, go for it. ... show more

This is essentially eWaste. Trackpad began to fail after an hour of use. It is NOT shipped with Linux like the details say, but rather windows 11. If it were priced at $50 it might be worth it but it’s just tablet hardware smashed into a flimsy laptop shell and packaged at an inflated price so they can mark it down to look like a sale. When I purchased on Black Friday, the price was $1333 and marked down to $299. I was skeptical but gave it a shot. It took an hour of being disappointed by it to send it back. ... show more

I bought this laptop accidentally on Black Friday as a gift for my sister for college. It was ‘valued’ at 1300 dollars and I paid 300 for it. I mistakenly purchased it thinking I had a different one in my cart. It’s flimsy, it has no brand markings whatsoever, and it is hardly functional. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP.
