I must be a very heavy-headed sleeper because typically every pillow I try goes completely flat in about a month and I wake up with headaches feeling like I slept on a bed of concrete all night. Pillows are very full, soft but slightly firm which is what I wanted. I chose to place in dryer to help fluff after open and it help a lot. Not sure if they are cooling have not slept on pillows yet

I was a bit skeptical when they arrived in a tight tube shape. Didn't think they would ever be a fluffy pillow. I am not a fan of super thick pillows and these are just the right density. Very comfortable sleeping. No lumps or bumps. Would definitely buy again.
