I bought this for use in my kid's watertable and it is perfect. The auto shut off feature isn't a problem as my toddlers can turn it back on. It is actually a great feature for a watertable because the kids get distracted and don't have to worry about it continuing to run.

First one was DOA, Amazon sent a second one immediately in faith for return. The second one has been working great for several months of daily use now, i get almost 3 five gallon jugs on a charge so far, that will probably fade. Its not very fast, about 15 seconds to fill a 16oz water bottle, tolerable. Not very loud, no worries about waking people up in the middle of the night.
