  • Faulty Pieces?
This PC seemed great for about 2 hours. Im not sure if it was damaged or has a faulty piece but you can't run anything on this thing. Every game made it crash. Its to the point you can't do anything on it without it shutting down and restarting by itself. Really annoyed I spent almost a grand on a GAMING PC THAT YOU CAN EVEN GAME ON! ... show more

  • Died within one day of use
This product arrived and performed admirably for roughly four hours. However the next day it inexplicably shut off in the middle of use and no longer responded to the power button. Upon unplugging it and plugging it back in the device literally made an arcing sound, like an angry tesla coil, the telltale sign of being sent a faulty Power Supply Unit. No other devices using the same power conditioning UPS suffered any kind of issues. I had less than 24 hours with this device before it not only failed but presented a serious hazard to use. I will NOT be touching this product and the fire and health risk it presents. ... show more

  • Good gaming PC for the price, and has a solid state drive..
I purchased this computer about a month ago, and so far so good. Runs games well. Starts up and shuts down like it's no problem. It has an entry level graphics gaming card in it but the performance is meant to be great for the cost. If you want something affordable for gaming purposes, this would be it. Gaming computers are so expensive these days ranging from $1200 and up. The price was the deciding factor here too with this computer also having a solid state drive which was impressive since solid state drives are always more expensive compared to HHD, or mechanical hard drives. I think the gap is closing though with HHD being slowly phased out. Overall, very good for the value if you're on a budget. ... show more

  • It's a good Starter PC for any gamer
I bought this PC for the parts. Even though it is a fully working PC. It is however, not a competitive gamer. I bought the 1TB m.2 SSD, w/ 16GB of RAM, and the GTX1650 4gb Acer card. I used the PC with the GTX1650, but soon switched it out for my older GTX970 w/4gb, which had better benchmark scores on every level, with some scores being as much as 45% increase in performance using the GTX970. However, the GTX1650 was completely capable of running newer games like RDR2, with out a hick-up. And games like World of Tanks, can be run on Ultra setting with exceptable FPS. "50-80fps". Overall, This is not the BEST PC out there, but it IS, a great starter PC, with the intention of Upgrading it over time. Note: the GTX1650 Super has similar performance to the GTX970. This PC was NOT the GTX1650 Super, JUST A GTX 1650.... there "IS" a difference. ... show more

  • Works great
I've had the computer only a few months and the wifi card is already having issues. It runs like a dream otherwise.

  • Fast and quiet!
Was easy to set up, very quiet, and powers or reboots really quick. I’m not a gamer but use it for Photoshop and Premiere with no lagging. Transferred files from my old computer to the new one using a 1tb external hard drive. Transfers were quick with no issues. Wireless works great. I don’t have anything negative to say but will post again if anything is noticed. Well worth the cost considering what persons are paying for hard to get graphic cards. ... show more
