I just received this, black cartridges to replace original HP cartridges that I have been paying $70-80 each!! The price $21 for two, delivered in a couple of days with Prime, and didn't know what I can expect. I had read many reviews on various non-OEM cartridges with complaints about noise, bad print quality of black or smudging, printer error messages about non-OEM cartridge, etc. This is what I have found with this MYTONER cartridge, but the short of it is that it is excellent (unless something goes wrong later with more use): 1 - Factory packaging is excellent, well sealed, protected and boxed 2 - No installation instructions included, google it if needed, but it is very simple, with 4 things to remove, snap off the large rectangular orange plastic cover over the drum, remove two very small oval shaped orange plastic plugs on the sides, and finally completely pull out the tape that seals the toner housing, there is a plastic tab that reads "Remove before installation", simply pull it out all the way 3 - drop the cartridge into the printer, close the printer and turn it on 4 - the initialization and calibration takes a little longer the first time with a new cartridge. There were no strange noises and it initialized and calibrated just fine with no error messages. I have included the printer supply status page, notice it indicates a non-HP cartridge, but no issues encountered in any way 5 - printed the printer report page from the touch screen menu, and printed a large QR code, all B&W, everything printed perfectly and the black is excellent 6 - Please note that this is for my home use and I print very infrequently and not much. This has been a pleasant experience and a very economical replacement, keeping fingers crossed that it holds up well. If I run into any problems with this cartridge in the future I will update this review, but no news is good news and if you don't see an update, that means I have not had any issues.
