Pros: Very firm with great pressure. If you are frail or sensitive this could be a con but as a 200 lb man this is awesome. A lot of message options available with a fairly straight forward controller. Seems to work well for heights of 5’1” to 6’ and everyone in between. Foot roller is very intense but as far as I can tell it’s just what the doctor ordered. The Bluetooth speakers pair without issue. The heating element is wonderful, a bit too much for my wife and kids but I think it’s perfects Cons: instructions for assembly are worthless but luckily it is very straightforward. Instructions for use are also poor but with some time it can be mastered. The chair doesn’t return to start position when cycle completes, requires operator to reset in order to exit the chair. I wish you could create your own message cycle custom to your needs but perhaps one day with a future model. Does not seem to work the top of the shoulders or neck as well as we hoped even when this corresponding cycle is selected. Speakers or just “ok” I would be willing to pay for a premium speaker if it were an option but I am not unhappy over it. All in all the whole family is very pleased with the unit, shipping, and communications about delivery.

I first ordered a massage chair from another seller and I thought I was buying a new chair. When that chair was delivered the box was torn open in some corners and when I opened it I could immediately tell is was a used chair (scuff marks on the bottom, missing leg wheels) it was awful. I wanted a massage chair so much I started searching again and found this chair by Irest. I liked the style and features so I decided to try this one and boy was I happy when it arrived the very next day. The deliver guys were so sweet to bring it in for me. My husband and I unboxed it and the only thing that needed to be connected was the foot massage portion. It was very easy. We tried the chair that night and it was great except the rollers were to hard on my lower back and buttocks (Age 72). I sent an email to the seller and they helped me out with that and now it is smooth sailing. The Bluetooth hooks up very well and I now relax in my massage chair listen to my easy listening music. It is wonderful. I would recommend this chair to anyone. Oh yes, the Zero gravity is awesome.

The media could not be loaded. If you are anything like me then you have probably searched every SL track massage chair in this price range and you are trying to figure out which is the best bang for your buck. Full disclosure, I initially purchased the real relax brand, but I experienced some issues with the functionality and opted to return it and try this brand. In this price range, most of the SL track chairs have similar features. What stood out to me about this brand were the external airbags on the foot massager and the additional waist airbags. The other brand’s airbags are trapped behind a thin layer of material, which in my opinion limited the intensity of the air pressure in the foot massager. Other brands with the exception of one other had airbags only for the shoulders arms and feet. One other brand in this price range had hip airbags but did not offer a variety of colors. The order process was a bit convoluted for me because the company originally offered a delivery date that was 2 weeks out from my order date. A few days after, I noticed on the product page, that if I ordered at that time I would receive it a whole week earlier. Long and short of this story, Amazon was not able to help me change the order and I ended up canceling and re-ordering so that I could receive it earlier. I know…first world problems, but it was a bit annoying. The delivery was smooth. The truck came right when they said they would and dropped it off in my garage, which is where I asked them to place it. Reasons I choose IRest • Good Looking chair, I chose the white and blue. Matched my décor beautifully. • Waist airbags were a huge selling point for me. • Foot massage air compression can get intense, which is what I was looking for. I am 5’3” and petite build, and my husband who is 6’ also finds it intense on the highest setting. • Airbag pressure for the other areas also ranges from just right to intense. • Pretty decent back massage from the rollers, you can adjust the speed and the width of the rollers. • 8 different massage settings. • A part of the tab for the footrest broke off in my hand as I was connecting it. Customer service was pretty responsive and assured me that it should not cause issues with functionality. However, if it does, I do have a record of our conversation in Amazon. • Size is quite compact, and fits in the corner of my bedroom perfectly. Things to consider • Anywhere from $100-500 more expensive than similar brands with similar features. • No clear instructions on how to use the remote, there will be a learning curve, but this was also my experience with the other brand. • Remote buttons are not backlit, and difficult to use in a dark room, but I also had this experience with the other brand, however, the IRest remote to me was a bit easier to learn. • There is only one-foot roller, the other brand had 2, 1 for the balls of your feet and another for the heel. • Pressure in the glute area could be a bit more intense. Compared to the other brand the IRest is a bit less intense, which works well if that is what you are looking for. • Chair does not automatically return to the upright position after massage. You will have to use the quick access buttons on the armrest or the remote to position the chair back to the upright position. • Quick access buttons on the armrest used to power down the chair or recline, are not as practical as the other brand, where the quick access buttons do not require you to remove your arms from the arm massager to turn off or adjust the position of the chair. • There is a blue light on the armrest which never dims as long as the chair is powered on from the main power switch at the back of the chair. This is a bit annoying if you are thinking of placing the chair in the bedroom like I did. I try to drape a blanket over the light before bed to block the light. • I find that I have to place a thin blanket at the base of my back for all massages because the rollers tend to get intense in that area, but this could be because of the shape of my body. The other brand wasn’t much better in terms of intensity, often times I would have to use a pillow to provide protection for my entire back. All in all the IRest to me gives a more pleasing massage. I have owned this chair for about 3 weeks, and so far so good. It's tough to say whether you will choose the right chair with so many similar types on the market. If price is important to you, then you will be able to find similar chairs for up to $500 cheaper than this one. However, if appearance, size, features, and massage quality are important to you, then it might be worth it to spend a little more. I ultimately chose this brand because of the waist airbags and I don’t regret it. ***Update 9/1/2023*** So far so good...I don't regret my purchase! I use the chair at least 3 times per week, and overall, my blood circulation and joint flexibility are so much better. You can just feel it. There are nights when I experience insomnia and 20 minutes in the chair gets me to a stage of relaxation conducive to sleep. I have gotten used to the intensity, so much so that I wish there were a higher setting, but that is just a testament to how therapeutic the chair is. The most annoying things for me? The inability to dim the blue light in a dark room, and not being able to silence the beeping of the remote...but those are minor annoyances compared to all of the benefits.

Worked good the first weeks but then stopped, I enjoyed great strong massages but suddenly wasn’t strong anymore .The legs doesn’t give good results but the lower back massage is great, neck and shoulders is not so good. I returned it and they charged me almost $400 for restocking fee even when the policy doesn’t mention any Restocking fee, I’m so mad 😡 and thinking about don’t buy on Amazon anymore and cancel the membership

This chair is amazing! I did my own research for months and settled on this chair and I’m so thankful. It has multiple functions and the massagers on your upper back/neck are adjustable so they accommodate most sizes, as well as the lower leg area which you can adjust to length. I’m 5’7 and fit perfectly, for anyone taller than 5’11 you may not fit as good as the legs adjust a few inches. The heat function works great and stays hot for as long as you have it on. I’ve made this part of my morning routine and my back feels so much better. For the price point and functionality you can’t beat this chair.

This chair is ok and long as you put padding down because otherwise it hurts. Legs scrunch up and don’t lock down. Does NOT do Thai stretching at all and sellers just told me same lame crap when I complained. It does not “scan” you at all. You have to adjust where it hits your neck yourself. Also this chair will violate you, FYI ! My brother has a much more expensive chair and you can definitely tell the difference in quality.
