The product is good. But the directions and the “video”. Horrible. They do not explain anything. The screws I had to tie down the tarp were too small. Someone who is very new to this, this was very difficult to put to together. The directions are horrendous and the video is worse. They don’t show the full build, just pieces. Product installation was pretty easy. Direction weren’t that great but it’s pretty self explanatory. The bolts used to mount the tarp weren’t even close to being long enough, had to run to the box store to get longer bolts. I ordered a 5’x14’ tarp and received a 7’x14’ tarp. Obviously this won’t work on my 5’ trailer. I’m counting on getting the tarp replaced. ... show more

I bought this tarp kit from looking at a video on YouTube for easy install . There was a little mix-up with the hardware when it arrived but Mytee Products was very professional and helpful in getting it resolved. Love the tarp and working great.

Poor instructions, and to put the shade on the roller you have to drill the holes yourself as they are not predrilled to bolt the grommets onto the pole as the instructions say. Very poor product when it is not made 100%. Does not fit all dump trailers either.

Overall the roller is good, the bolts sent for the tarp hold to roller were too short had to go get longer bolts bolts sent were 1/2 inch long needed 3/4 inch long.
