I bought this back in November and it was working great for a while. Then a couple days ago, I was prepping some cups that I needed to make for some orders I received and the machine won't go above 80 in temp. This puts me back aways since I do not have money to buy a new one. I'm disappointed and I feel like this should have lasted so much longer.

I purchased this product so I could heat press the 20 oz skinny tumbler all over in one step. DOES NOT close completely so it’s still a 2 step process. Very disappointed and not sure I’ll keep it. My mug heat press allows all the way around but it takes 2 steps.
