Then a couple days ago, I was prepping some cups that I needed to make for some orders I received and the machine won't go above 80 in temp. I purchased this product so I could heat press the 20 oz skinny tumbler all over in one step. DOES NOT close completely so itโ€™s still a 2 step process. Very disappointed and not sure Iโ€™ll keep it. My mug heat press allows all the way around but it takes 2 steps.
