I gifted this to an ice fishing loving family member for Christmas and they really enjoyed it! It was fun watching them open it with neither or us knowing what was inside. This is perfect when you don’t know what to get someone! Yes it might be cheaper if I got everything myself and put it together like some have said BUT I’ve never been ice fishing so I wouldn’t know what to get! It was a fun gift to give!

Box came with some good stuff that I’d use for bass in the open water but unfortunately didn’t really come with anything I’d use ice fishing which kind of sucks but hey. Can’t ever have too much bass gear!

I bought an ice fishing version but I wouldn’t use any of the content for ice fishing. The fishing tips & tricks doesn’t talk at all about ice fishing strategies. One of the items was a top water frog. I’ll use the gear for bass in the summer but pretty useless for fishing this winter.

It was a little smaller than I thought it was going to be. But to be honest I didn’t look at the box size before ordering. But the quality of products put in the box makes up for the size in my opinion. I’m not super familiar with ice fishing items so this was an easy way to cross a gift off my list!
