Was soooooo pleasantly surprised by this couch!!! We ordered the U shaped in black and It arrived in 3 dif boxes/deliveries and the seller responded to my delivery questions right away with the clarification. The couch was easy to assemble it took a few hours to do by myself while taking my time and watching tv. It’s sooooooo comfortable the seat cushions are cozy and bouncy and the fabric is soft and durable it’s great quality for the price. The storage under the seats is a huge plus as well! My only feedback would be to have just a bit more cushioning on the back but very easy to cozy up with some extra pillow so not really a big issue at all. Overall 10/10 recommend. ... show more

The sofa certainly meets expectations when it comes to comfort and storage. If you are a lounge lover, you will be very happy with the sofa’s softness. When sitting down, you’ll sink into a cozy space that has, so far, bounced back and kept it shape. The storage capacity is more ample than I thought. The space is as large as the cushions and probably just as deep. The only reason I give this 4/5 stars is because the back rest is not as full as the seats. The back and throw pillows are very thin. So I’d suggest you purchase or add additional pillows if you need back support because this sofa has no back support. Also, lifting and readjusting the seat cushions when using the storage underneath can be a nuisance due to the Velcro closures. With that said, I appreciate the easy of the Velcro closure since I did not have to assemble a hinge. Overall, the sofa delivered on what I needed it for, to fit through my basement door and down my basement steps, large and comfy enough to lounge for long periods of time while enjoying a good book, and extra storage. ... show more

This sofa is worth it the money. I have received in 3 separate heavy boxes it arrived faster than expected. One of the boxes was damaged by the shipping company and one of the storage sofa box was damaged ( broken as shown in the picture). I have reached to customer services they offered to send a replacement but as of now I did not see the need as it still can be usable. They offered about 30 dollars refund which is not much actually doesn't cover repears but said I can reach out anytime within this year if it gets worse to get a replacement. The pictures of the sofa are just out of the box it did fulf up more 3 days after and it is very confortable to sleep on to. Assembly is easy, I have done it on my own. On the box it says to wait until you receive everything but actually you can start assembling each box alone as it comes with all the needful and it gives the cushions time to fluff up. I did give it 5 stars even with the damage as it is still good to be used, the storage space is good I put blankets and sheets in it. The height of the sofa is also good. You can split it into a love seat and create a reading space with the extra parts too. Honestly, I am glad I went with this one it took me long to decide, and for now about a 3 weeks since I have it , it exceeded my expectations. ... show more

I honestly didn’t expect it to look this nice when I ordered it online, but it turned out great. The couch looks very elegant in the living room and the fabric feels really nice. It’s bigger than I thought and the seat height is actually very comfortable, which I like because it’s easier to sit down and get up. The cushions are supportive but still comfortable. I was a bit worried about buying a couch from Amazon but am pleasantly surprised. This couch is super soft and comfy. Arrived in 2 boxes around 100 pounds each and was very easy to assemble. Love the cushioned seats and backs along with great storage space underneath! Highly recommend

This is great for a low cost, stylish couch. The back cushions are no bueno. They are as flat as pancakes. No amount of fluffing or poofing will help. Actually all the pillows (not cushions/seats) on the couch leave much to be desired. So expect to buy extra pillows. But for the cost, it's a great couch. Very low back like most current couches.
