I've had an original MyPillow for well over a decade. I found myself adjusting my old pillow a lot more...and dawned on me it was probably time for a new pillow ;-). I went with the newer version of the MyPillow and it is awesome like the original (but newer and better supporting my head). One thing I wasn't sure of, was the amount of loft I would go with, which wasn't an option with my original pillow. The guide goes with shirt sizes...which I struggle with because I am 6'3" and usually have a larger size due to height vs weight....so had doubts about going too much loft. I went with the 2nd from largest which was okay, but will always wonder how much a level higher or lower would be a different. It would be great if somehow the guide could use something more tangible showing how supportive each option might be in real terms. My suggestion...... ... show more

I have previously purchased My Pillows in the past, actually my old pillows are five years and I have washed them multiple times with no problems. I recently went from a queen bed to a king and decided to buy king pillows. I received the two king pillows which were extremely flat when rolled open. I did as instructed using a damp hand towel in the dryer with each pillow separately which were still rather on the flat side. I actually put them through a wash cycle next and dried them in the dryer which did fluff them up but after sleeping on them the first night I was again disappointed in the lack of fullness and comfort. My old five year old pillows are actually fuller and more comfortable than the new ones. I will be shopping for new pillows to replace these recent ones. I am very disappointed in the quality of the new ones. I just wanted to express my disappointment. My husband does not like his and is sleeping on his old pillow. ... show more
