The bed frame works perfect for my husband and I. I was wanting a headboard soon and I enjoy the wood support instead of metal. I can just say though that we had a really hard time assembling the frame. The fabric was blocking from us being able to get the screws all the way in. I can say that they need to get a bit longer screws or come up with a better plan with putting it together. Either way after my husband and I argued the whole time putting it together, it was overall worth it.

It's a beautiful bed frame and head board but it was missing holes for the screws and holes were not aligned properly which made putting the bed frame together challenging. I ended up having to create my own holes to make this thing work.

Overall, this is an okay bed frame: Firstly, assembly is definitely a 2 person job. I’m a 26 year old female & assembled it alone. I have about average skill putting things together & it took me over 4 hours to assemble it. The pieces are very finicky; if one bolt isn’t screwed in perfectly it will impact your ability to screw in other pieces down the line and you’ll have to start all over. Very time consuming & annoying. Secondly, the box it arrived in was incredibly heavy and difficult to bring up to my 2nd floor apartment by myself. It was packaged horribly and one of the base pieces arrived broken (see photos). Thirdly, the “style pieces” on the sides of the headboard are nearly impossible to screw on by yourself. I needed someone to hold the pieces while I attached them to the headboard as I found it impossible to do both at the same time. After 4 hours of assembly, the final step were these side pieces and they were the trickiest part. Overall, this is a fine bed frame for the price (I got mine on sale). I’ve been using it for about a month with little to no issues. Can be a bit squeaky at times & the headboard/pieces feel light and cheaply made. The headboard is pretty comfy to sit up against, though (something I was looking for when shopping for bed frames). The headboard isn’t very visible on my bed since I have a mattress & box spring, but I think you could get by with just a mattress if you want to see more of the headboard. It might be a little uncomfortable without a box spring but I’ve never tried that. If you’re in need of a new bed frame, you have someone to help you assemble it & you can get this on sale, I say go for it. It’s definitely not perfect & beware of faulty packaging/damaged items. It gets the job done for the price, but if you can afford a better/more expensive bed frame then pass on this one.
