We have My Pillows for years and just needed another extra firm Kingsize. The only thing different with this one is the care tag actually melted in the hot dryer initial 15min fluff up cycle. These pillows are great for support and return to shape on their own.

Takes 12 hours for the stuffing to fully expand, you move the stuffing around inside the pillow to fit your head for comfort. I wish they would simply put a small zippered section on a corner so you can easily remove whats needed to fit your support needs instead of selling multiple different fill options requiring multiple orders to find the right one. I also think the stuffing chunks could be a little smaller, they are soft but easily felt by the face through the pillow and cover.

Guess I'm getting old... my neck and shoulders would hurt every single morning. I used to be able to sleep anywhere or on anything! The neck and shoulder pain was genuinely affecting my quality of sleep, and my day! So I thought it was worth trying to change pillows. I had good, name-brand poly and/or cotton fill pillows. A couple down pillows too. I've tried several different styles - some better than others. I thought I'd give My Pillow a try. I admit when the My Pillows arrived I was skeptical. They looked lumpy and thin. After running through the dryer (as recommended) they fluffed right up, but still seemed like the fillings were small little foam bits (which, actually, they are). I gave it a try. The first night was good, but still a little sore. After just a couple more nights I awoke with no neck/shoulder pain... first time in well over a year! I couldn't believe it, and it was certainly NOT a coincidence. These pillows tend to let the weight of your head and the muscles in your neck press into the pillow to a point, but then it sort of stops compressing further. It's like memory foam almost, but not quite, it doesn't feel like memory foam at all You can press into the pillow a little harder initially, or fluff it up a bit, to kind of change your positioning slightly if you need it. Wow, they are comfortable (although different feeling) and they really do seem to keep my spine in alignment. Also, they don't get too hot - which is a must for me! I don't know what else to say, I thought My Pillow was another gimmicky and over-hyped brand, but I'm really glad I tried these out of desperation. I'm sure they won't be right for everyone, and I'm sure there may be similar or better pillows out there. For me though, My Pillow resulted in nearly miraculous improvement in my sleep and quality of life, and so I'm very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend you try them.

If manged properly these are the best pillows all around. By far the best pillow for the price. They should be washed and dried prior to using or they don't fluff up properly, don't use fabric softener. While they are not "cooling pillows" they also don't heat up the way most "cooling" do and they don't turn into bricks like memory foams do in cold temperatures. Of course they aren't as expensive as down or custom pillows but each level can be even more comfortable than those high price pillows and they last year's longer. I've purchased 20 of these pillows because my house guest steal them , or I let them take them when they leave, because people and dogs love them! I recently ordered the least firm and love it. I have DDD in my neck and i need a pillow that is super soft and light. Truth be told I can barely sleep with a pillow at all anymore since my neck hurts so badly but it is a habit that I can't break.....this pillows is fine and thin enough to provide me with a comfortable night's sleep and assist with eliminating my neck pain. Mike was right.....lol.....I need a good night's rest!

I've always wanted to buy a king size version of this pillow ever since I bought the medium firmness queen size. My pillow at Ollie's. A couple years later I've finally gotten around to ordering it and one thing I wished I had with the one I bought from Ollie's was that it was just a tiny bit firmer than it is cuz it can be a bit loose at times. Not bad but loose. So this time when I went seeking another my pillow, I was sure to order the extra firm since I had read reviews that sometimes these pillows could feel loose. Let me tell you that when it says most firm it is not joking around this sucker is firm as Heck! In actuality it's too firm for what I was looking for. If I had to do it again I would go one level down and that would probably be perfect. Day one was not bad with this pillow when it comes shipped. It's kind of vacuum sealed and when you open it, it begins to expand slowly. At first. The first night and second night were pretty okay, but let me tell you that it takes this thing a good few days to fully expand and by the end of the week this pillow was so dang firm. I didn't even know what to do with it. So that's something to keep in mind is that these things expand over the course of a couple days from shipping. Otherwise the pillow is as advertised. I didn't want to take any stars off because it was too firm for me. It held up to it's end of the bargain. But as I said if I had to do it again I would go one step down.
