Decent Neck Pillows, But Need Covers!
I have now bought 4 of these MyPillow Neck and Cervical Bolster Pillows. I like these Neck/Bolster Pillows for neck support when I'm in bed. But, I am also using 3 of them to make my office chair more comfortable too! I use one as a headrest for my office chair and I have also strapped 2 of them on the chair arms for cushioning and to make the arm rests higher so I that encourages me to sit up straighter in my chair! I love the support of these Pillows and the somewhat adjustable comfort they provide. I occasionally need to rotate and re-fluff the pillows, but that was to be expected. The MyPillow fabric is fairly thin so these really need covers to protect them. I found some decent low priced covers for them here on Amazon. My only real issue is that after ordering any of these Neck Pillows, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to ever receive them! After ordering each of these pillows, it took 10 to 25 days before any of the Pillows were even shipped out! So, although these MyPillow Neck Pillows do say they are made in the USA, it feels to me like I'm waiting on the Slow-Boat-From-China to ever get any these Pillows! Once I do get them, I am pretty happy with them though. UPDATE 03/03/2026: - I am still enjoying the 4 MyPillow Neck and Cervical, Bolster Pillows I have bought. - I do have to fluff them up daily, but that is fin for me. - The 2 Pillows that I am using as arm-rests get fluffed about twice in my 10 hour work day, but they have really helped me with shoulder pain from the lack of support for my arms from my office chairs! - I am a taller gal and my office chairs are rests never are high enough for proper arm support for me. - By using a MyPillow Neck/Cervical/Bolster Pillow on each armrest, I get the armrest height I need and I get cushy comfort too! - I use a couple of short nylon sleeping bag straps at the end of each Pillow to keep them attached to my chair's armrest. - These MyPillow Neck/Cervical/Bolster Pillow have been the best solution I have come up with for dealing with low chair armrests. - Since I just got another new Office Chair recently, I have now just bought 2 more of these MyPillow Neck/Cervical/Bolster Pillows for the new chair that will be going in my home office. - I also use some nice, comfortable, Ash Black color, Velvet Pillow covers that fit these MyPillow Neck/Cervical/Bolster Pillows absolutely perfectly, to keep them clean and for them to look nice too. No more neck pain at the base of my skull!
Ok so I've had this neck roll for a couple weeks now. I will say, when I first got it, yes, it made my neck pain worse because my neck was so screwed up and the pillow is firm. However, like all My Pillows, it softens up fairly quickly. It's been perfect! I tried other neck support pillows but when I lay on my side, I can hear my pulse in my ear. It was too distracting to sleep. I have had a regular My Pillow for a few years. Those were like sleeping on a cloud! There was no pressure against my head to cause me to hear my pulse. But, it didnt get rid of my neck pain. Their neck pillow did the trick! If you happen to get a sore neck at first use, I recommend toughing it out if you can. Because all my neck issues are gone and have stayed away after those initial "growing pains".

Helps my neck & lower back when I need it
I like everything about this pillow except for the fact that I can’t find a pillowcase for it. I use it on my lower back sometimes, sometimes behind my neck if I’m watching TV and the fact that I can wash it is awesome. I’d just like to cover it because it looks kind of stupid just sitting here with no cover and I have to wash it more frequently. I haven’t used it tons and tons but it’s definitely kept its shape, it’s very firm and I’m glad I bought it.

Best bolster pillows
I use this to support my shoulder blades and spine as I sleep on my side… I rest my arm on the pillow. Years ago, a therapist recommended to use a pillow like this and I still do this today. These pillows hold their shape for years. And they don’t need fluffed in the dryer when they are new! I bought 2 about 10 years ago and bought 2 at this time to replace them.

Not the greatest
The pillow loses it's shape after a few nights of use. It begins to flatten and will not regain shape.

Comfortable!
This feels great against my lower back. It's not stiff like other foam bolsters. I can see this being a daily staple for computer work.
