I always read reviews of items before I purchase them. This item was a little different. The owner has some political opinions that it seems 1/2 the country loves and 1/2 hates. A lot of the reviews seem to reflect that instead of the actual pillow review. I paid thirty something dollars for the king pillow on Amazon. Shipping was fast. The pillow is pretty flat when you receive it but the instructions tell you to put it in the dryer for 15 minutes. That really fluffed it up. The pillow is filled with pieces of foam and you can feel the lumps of foam if you rub your hands over it. I couldn't really feel them with my face when laying on the pillow though. The pillow is pretty comfortable and I sleep well on it. It seems to regulate heat pretty well. Overall I would say Its not the best I have slept on nor is it the worst. I purchased My Pillow in store somewhere in Jan '16. I loved it.... bragged about it.... Finally, I didn't have to buy a pillow every two months. So I decided to get one for my husband. He desires a very firm and tall pillow. I got the My Pillow premier... followed the instructions and it was 1/2 as tall as mine. I noticed they now have Classic vs Premier. So, I sent it back and got the Classic like mine from January. It still is ... flat. I baked it in the dryer... to no avail. So am sending this back. On top of that I am noticing now how, mine is getting fuller and fuller to the point of being too full (I am am waking up with a sore neck because it is not aligned anymore). I thought my husband would like it because it's so full now. He tried it and is NOT impressed. The only difference is the one I purchased in the store was not all compressed into a little ball. I do wonder if that's a factor. You can see by the photos, to get the new one as full as the old you have to reduce the volume by 1/4. Do not let the look of volume deceive you. As you press down on the NEW one... your hand sinks straight to the other side. The old one is VERY firm... as of only recently ... weird. And the 'old' one does yellow. (no I have not washed it.... I was afraid that it would mess up my perfect pillow, but now that it's exploded in size.. it't no longer perfect, not happy.) ... show more

Definitely works. When i first received this product i was confused by the way it felt. The stuff inside the pillow doesnt fill the pillow and it moves around from side to side which doesnt fill the pillow. You can literally fill one side of the pillow with whatever is inside leaving the other side of the pillow with nothing. i was thinking how is this going to help me? it really felt cheap and i really doubted it was going to work. i was about to send it back immediately but i figured id try it. my regular pillows gave me slight neck pain and it was hard to sleep which is why i bought this pillow. TO MY SURPRISE AND TRUST ME I WAS SURPRISED, i no longer have neck pains and i sleep much better. The pillow is not uncomfortable and it works. i honestly had no faith. id say give it a try and dont go by what it looks like when you get it. ... show more

    • It's ok, for an overpriced pillow.
This pillow hurt me in a matter of 3 nights sleeping on it. Luckily, my mom had a softer version of the same product, and it turns out she's happier with mine and I am happier with hers. But if I'd have known it was basically an oversized pillow case stuffed with broken pillow stuffing, I'd have bought a crappy pillow from Walmart for way less than I paid for it here. But it's ok, and at least I didn't pay what my mom did, buying it from the infomercial on TV. ... show more
