Read the instructions! Place these pillows (one at a time) in your clothes dryer for at least 15 minutes...they fluff up wonderfully!!!! I absolutely can not sleep on any other pillow but MyPillow! I have neck issues and this pillow has proven to give me a great nights sleep. I have purchased several over the years. These will go in our RV. We recently took a trip in the RV and discovered we had forgot to put our MyPillows in the RV. It is not the best pillow I ever slept on, but it works when you need a pillow. The medium needs more fillingir goes flat . And the firm is to firm it made my neck stiff and sore. I bought 2 sets of the 2 pack of 1 medium and 1 firm. But I can say i tried them.

This flat out the worst pillow I have ever purchased it was also the most expensive. I seems to be filled with individual pieces of foam (like egg crate foam) that separate when you lay you head on so you wake up and have had no support all night.

I didn't think I would sleep on anything except my foam rubber pillows. I ordered one of the travel size pillows to keep in my suitcase to help Mike after a few stores stopped carrying his product. I decided to try it and see what it was like. I fell in love! It WAS the best pillow I ever slept on!!! It was still soft like my foam, but the pillow cradled my head and gave my neck the support it needed. I'm also always hot and this pillow was so cool. If I woke up and it was warm, I puffed it up and turned it over and the pillow was cool!!! After my test I decided to buy a regular size one for me and my husband. He told me he didn't need one, he was happy with the pillow he had. Of course I didn't listen and bought him one too. He also loves it. Tonight I bought two for my son for his birthday! I'm sure he will like it as much as we do. If you're on the fence, get off and buy this pillow! I wish I would have bought it years ago. ... show more
