    • Packaging doesn't indicate the firmness
I ordered a medium firm pillow. After fluffing it in the dryer as instructed for 15 minutes, the pillow seemed less firm than I thought it should be. As the packaging didn't indicate the pillow was manufactured to medium firmness, I'm not sure I received the correct pillow. I'm sending it back but the only option is a UPS drop-off location. Now I have to package it myself and drive 30 miles to return it. This seller is not making me a fan for future purchases. I also opted not to have my money returned as I don't want a replacement that I can't confirm is the correct item I purchased. I have never written a product review before, but this one deserves to be highly praised! After almost 4 weeks of horrible insomnia (not all related to my pillow, but certainly not helped by the discomfort I was experiencing with my old pillow), I honestly had one of the best nights sleep ever with the My Pillow. At the risk of sounding like an infomercial, this is truly the BEST pillow I have ever slept on. I have always tried sleeping with two pillows to give me the support that I need, but after falling asleep, I would wake up with my neck all wonky and end up tossing one of the pillows to the side. It was like I needed two pillows to GET to sleep, but then having two pillows for the entire night was waking me up! I have tried the Bamboo, the funky "ergo" pillow and many, many others over the years. I actually ordered this pillow the other morning at 3 am while in the middle of my insomnia jag - hoping that it may help. I am SO glad I did! I am ordering one for my each of my family members as soon as I finish writing this review. It's also major plus to me that these pillows are made and manufactured in America. Totally a win/win - supporting US manufacturing and getting a great nights sleep - can't beat that! This pillow stays firm enough to support your head and neck, but soft enough to fall into a good, deep sleep. I did not wake up once. I ordered it on Thursday and received it Saturday. After years and years of being an Amazon prime member and ordering many products that I have been pleased with, it is the My Pillow that has warranted enough satisfaction to actually write a review.     • Not what they use to be
I have used these pillows for years. Not the quality of the past. Even after putting in the dryer first time the filling was very sparce. Maybe because they were on sale. I will rethink any future orders.

    • Is this really a king size pillow???
When I saw the box I thought, there cant be a king sized pillow in that! So I opened up the box and the pillow was rolled up into a cylinder. I pulled it out and started to fluff...was like where is all the foam?...its so flat! Then I remembered that it took awhile for air to raise back into the cells in another memory foam pillow I own so I kept fluffing it...leaving it, then fluffing it...and eventually the memory foam came back to retain its shape. Now its just fine. I bought this because I stayed at a friends and he had one and it was better than I expected. So I finally bought one for myself. Love pillows. Now all My Pillow needs to add to their collection is a full length body pillow...unless they have it alrwady and I havent seen it. I am adding to my review after a few weeks of getting these. I have been trying to buy satin pillowcases for these and everyone I purchase is ginormous on these pillows! So my question is, is this truly a king size pillow because I highly doubt different companies got the same size pillow cases and they all got it wrong. ... show more
