Had this chair for about 3 weeks now and so far so good. I really like that the rollers are not fixed in places. They do feel better when they move up and down my neck and back. The foot messager could be a bit stronger but it's fine. My wife loves it and she's on there for hours at time. I would recommend it for someone who doesn't want to spend way to money on one of these. Remember you get what you paid for.

This is a very good massage chair especially for the price. I unfortunately had a massage chair for 13 years the new chair it doesn’t compare to my old chair. It comes fully assembled in the box which was great and Amazon brought it upstairs to my room great delivery for extra $ 19.95

This is possibly the biggest gamble of all my Amazon purchases and it paid off. I have used it almost every day in the past two weeks, it is comfortable, has great pre-set massages and while it's not really my aesthetics, the massage is so good that I will learn to live with it.
