I have waited to write a review. It’s been close to two months; my husband and I use it almost daily. Did a lot of research before choosing this one. Was a bit nervous making a large purchase without testing it out first. We are very pleased with the chair thus far. Many preset options and manual options are nice to experience. I love the heat (if adjustable would be even better) and also enjoy the bluetooth capability. It doesn’t take up as much space as you think. Give yourself an adjustment period when first using, initially you may experience some soreness after. So glad we didn’t wait any longer.

It is actually a nice massage chair. I do like it. The lower back and buttocks get messaged well. The foot rollers are ok but keep in mind that they are stationary. The calf rollers you can barely feel. The heater is strictly on the lower back. I like it, but I wish they had the heating on other parts of the body too. I am 6 feet tall and 245 pounds. This chair is advertised for 6.1 and a little over 250. being 6 feet tall myself, the neck and shoulders do not get messaged well, if any. If I were 5.7 tall, then it would work much better. Another thing, The chair is not wide. So I just fit. Then I have to work the arms into the armrest. With this in mind, the weight limit is more like 200 pounds. Therefore perfect for 5ft 7 inches tall and 200 pounds and under. I kept it because I like the lower back and buttocks feature and did not want the hassle of returns on such a large item. I paid about 2600, so the price was right, with free shipping. The controls are good. After 14 minutes need to restart—lots of preset messages. They talked a lot about many airbags, but I did not notice much. Hard to choose the right chair, and after all my research, this is the one I went with. I purchased the chair 1 months ago on Mother day and use it regularly. It is easy to navigate with the LCD touchscreen. Various massage setting that you can manually adjust as needed are excellent. Bluetooth connects simply and quickly. Setup is easy. Also, I like nice design, the massage rollers are strong. This chair have 12 automatic programs. Thai and Rest/Sleep are special.The feet and legs pressure is good. Good material. The shipping was very fast, delivered in a little longer than one week. They have a good customer service can resolve my first time problem. My Mom love sitting in my chair every day .

The media could not be loaded. I purchased MYNTA 3D Massager 7 months ago along with the premium protection. It has proven to be the best investment. Not falling apart nor breaking down . I Am only 105 , petite & indeed was able to remove massager off plywood crate.( massager is 221 heavy) I Cut off all cardboard , then pushed & shoved massager into my living area. Placed a rubber mat under. Everyone that visits …. Just loves to use it. Perfect for tall , short , fat or skinny. If I was able to set it up , anyone can too.

I purchased this massage chair about 7 months ago but I have waited to leave a review until I used it extensively. I typically use it a few times a day. Overall this is a good chair for the price. You will not find a better chair at this same price. It is very comfortable and it gives a good massage. The user interface is pretty simple and easy to understand. That being said there are definitely some negatives to it which I believe would be helpful to anyone looking to buy it: - The actual massage strength is not very strong. Even at the strongest settings it is medium compared to some chairs. I wish it were a stronger massage. - One of the selling points to me was the CALF massage, however this is deceiving as it is non-existent. Due to the design, unless your calves are absolutely massive then your calves will not even touch the part of that is supposed to massage them. This was very disappointing. - The Automatic Modes are the best part of the chair which have different modes to choose from, but for some inexplicable reason you cannot adjust the massage strengths/speed/etc when using any of the Automatic modes! The ONLY way to adjust the massage strength/speed/intensity is if you use the "Manual" massage mode. This seems very odd to design it this way. - This massage chair does not have the ability to get anywhere near my neck or shoulders. I am only 6 foot 1 inch, but this is designed for shorter people because the highest that the rollers go is to the middle-top of my back. Definitely a bummer there. - As others have mentioned, this chair randomly TALKS to you 24/7. There is no way to stop it from doing this except to unplug it which is extremely inconvenient. There is no need for the stupid voice controls but there is no way to turn it off which means the chair is ALWAYS listening and it will randomly respond when it incorrectly hears something that sounds like one of the commands. Very annoying. That's about it. Again to sum up, I don't regret buying this chair but I definitely am not super happy about it either due to these problems. If the problems are not a problem to you then you will probably like this chair.

My husband purchased this for me for Christmas. I couldn't be anymore happier with this massage chair! It was the best gift ever! I use it daily to relieve me of any pain I may be feeling in my body. What a wonderful way of relieving stress too! The foot massage is the best and has helped relieve tingling/pins and needles sensations I get in my feet. I love all the different types of massages it offers, as well. I'm usually in this chair for 1/2 an hour a day either after working all day or right before going to sleep. I sometimes, don't want the massage to end! Great way to de-stress, especially right before going to bed. Love it! Love it! Love it!
