I had little hope for these but was surprised they actually fit over my prescription glasses. The 4 stars was because it took WAY too long for a "next day delivery" to actually arrive. (over a week)

These are great!! SUPER affordable alternative to prescription sunglasses and a fashionable alternative to clip-on ones. Transition lenses were also just not cutting it, especially since mine needed direct sunlight to darken (making them obsolete for driving). I’m picky about how sunglasses look on me and I was willing to forfeit style for affordability and effectiveness, but I didn’t need to with these! Big lenses, great fit, and lightweight. The only way I’d see them weighing down your prescription glasses is if your glasses aren’t fitted properly. I’ve worn them over a lighter/rounder pair of glasses and a heavier/rectangular pair, and they worked great on both.

My prescription is not THAT strong so I usually opt to use "normal" sunglasses and just swap between the two when I'm out and about. However, when I'm driving I definitely don't want to be fumbling around to swap glasses on the road. These sunglasses sit on top of my prescription glasses and I feel way better that I'm keeping my vision as clear and unobstructed as possible I have clip on sunglasses (a clip holds polarized lenses in front of my prescription lenses), which I also didn't like to fiddle with while I'm driving. Those lenses also sit far enough off of my glasses that I can "see" both panes of glasses. I don't have that problem with these sunglasses! I will say that these glasses have no metal in them, meaning there's no metal hinge either. The hinge is achieved by having plastic pins that protrude out of the arms fit into holes in the body of the eyeglasses. I'm a little worried these may break over time, but after a few uses they seem to be holding up just fine. I like them!
