I just received this range finder yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. The range finder appears to be well built and it looks really good. I haven't been to the golf course yet but I did go outside to try it out, I tried out all the features, everything worked. I have a long back yard, I usually hit wedges and I have a target I hit to, now I know how far it is. The display is in red, I do like this feature even though I thought it was only supposed to be red in low light, maybe I miss understood, but again, I do like this, seems to be easier to red to me. I will do an update later after I have played a few rounds of golf. Thanks ... show more

I’ve own mine for over a year and have zero complaints. I got mine for about $130. It’s consistent. It works quickly so I can easily take 2-3 readings when in doubt. My golf buddies all have more expensive range finders. We will all often take readings on the same par 3 and same positions on the course. We’re always within a yard or two of each other. That’s more accurate than my golf swing. I don’t doubt that the Bushnell and Nikon have advantages but enough for me to spend 3-4x more money. ... show more

The Amazon add touts Advanced Image Stabilization as a selling point for the Elite model. There is nothing in the product description that mentions this feature, though the company video for the Gen 3 model makes mention of image stabilization. I wrote the company and asked how to activate that feature and all I got back was the suggestion as to which mode would be the most stable. I like it otherwise, but it apparently lacks a feature that was important to my decision to buy this. I'll probably send it back. ... show more

I used my Eagle Eye this past Sunday. I had a golf app on my phone which worked but not as accurate. This range finder works well and the magnet is a plus. The range finder is easily in my grasp when the cart stops. Hoping this will improve my game. 😉

It didn't last a year replaced the battery thinking it was bad. Screen didn't show all the numbers and modes. Wasted money
