Was able to drill hole in top of kitchen cabinet to connect to electrical outlet that is shared by microwave. This allows installment on the top back edge of kitchen cabinets. Works perfectly with having a remote.. so glad it is not powered by batteries

I lined my garage shelving with these lights. They were exactly as I expected them to be, especially the kelvin rating (warmth of the lights). Only thing I don't like is when I dim the lights to any lower level other than full bright, MY EYES can see what they call, "LED FLUTTER", or I call it frequency vibration. 110 volt in America, has a frequency of 60hz. Meaning, in 1 single second, the lights cycle off and on 60 times in one second. (if your phone has super slow motion camera, have fun at home Depot or Lowe's by filming their lit LED Christmas tree bulbs, or aisle display bulbs). You'll see what I mean by frequency. Like these lights. Work well. Easy install. Had to buy some connectors to facilitate installing under my kitchen cabinets. making the connectors work was a bit problematic, but once I got the connections done, it installed easily and working great.

The light strip shines on glass and china pieces in my curio cabinet. It was an easy install for my husband. The strip can be hidden in the surface framework. When lighted, the cabinet’s glass and crystal pieces sparkle vibrantly, looking gorgeous.

I have a raised foyer. Can't tell you how many times someone (even me) doesn't notice the step and trips up or down. I installed strips on the 2 sides that step down. Word of advice: if you think you're going to do more than one area, buy enough strips together so the colors and brightness match. You'd think that would be a no-brainer for the sellers, but think again. On the wall where I couldn't hide the wire, my husband covered it with a channel, which now makes it unnoticeable. He also figured out how to make both strips work off one remote. I use these on Low, as far as possible, otherwise it looks like a landing strip. ... show more
