MXZ COUNT YOUR DAYS!!! If you’re looking at these one star reviews, do not just shrug it off. From the jump, the GPU was plugged in incorrectly. I got it to work but there was a pre-installed account from MXZ (which isn’t normal btw) and tried an update, boom! crashing started. Had to spend hours uninstalling the updates. Called Amazon and randomly the problems stopped. Then today, exactly one day after the return window closed, I’m in a ranked game and PC crashes. It said my PIN was unavailable so I couldn’t log in. Had to go and type codes in to remove the password and even after it kept crashing. Amazon says there’s nothing they can do. It’s listed as $500 but I bought it for $700 a month ago. I would give zero stars if I could. This company does not care and after doing more research on the company, there’s really no way to get in contact with them and their website doesn’t really work. With the way this all played out, it seems the company is doing something sketch. The problems fixed itself as I’m on the phone with Amazon the first time, then right when I can’t return it it starts crashing again. Just go somewhere else to buy a PC or build it yourself. After a month of constant use, this desktop has been fantastic for my kid. He mainly plays Minecraft and Fortnite, and the graphics have been smooth and clear. It runs both games without any issues, and he’s really happy with it. Great buy!

Great computer except the included wifi card did not work. Tried to contact the company and never heard back. Amazons only option was to return it for a refund. Way too much trouble after all the set up time. I just bought another one myself. Would have given it 5 stars if I could have just got a new wifi card. this pc kept on crashing on me if i did anything remotely high grafic, says it can run apex but it couldn't even run low demanding games, crashed when i had discord and Firefox open, crashed when i had more than 2 tabs open, crashed randomly when i would be on call, crashed when i turned it on!! I checked and it said i had an update on my windows, multiple in fact, i managed to update some of it but there was this specific one that kept on making my pc crash whenever i updated it. Waste of money honestly Warning to anyone buying this, it looks promising but i heavily recommend you build your on pc on PCPartPicker. Even if you don't know how or what to buy that website has everything you need to effectively look for what you need/want along with best places to look for prices. Again this pc looks promising but trust me when i say you'll save yourself time and money on just making your own ... show more
