MXZ COUNT YOUR DAYS!!! If you’re looking at these one star reviews, do not just shrug it off. From the jump, the GPU was plugged in incorrectly. I got it to work but there was a pre-installed account from MXZ (which isn’t normal btw) and tried an update, boom! crashing started. Had to spend hours uninstalling the updates. Called Amazon and randomly the problems stopped. Then today, exactly one day after the return window closed, I’m in a ranked game and PC crashes. It said my PIN was unavailable so I couldn’t log in. Had to go and type codes in to remove the password and even after it kept crashing. Amazon says there’s nothing they can do. It’s listed as $500 but I bought it for $700 a month ago. I would give zero stars if I could. This company does not care and after doing more research on the company, there’s really no way to get in contact with them and their website doesn’t really work. With the way this all played out, it seems the company is doing something sketch. The problems fixed itself as I’m on the phone with Amazon the first time, then right when I can’t return it it starts crashing again. Just go somewhere else to buy a PC or build it yourself. Trust me when I say you’ll save yourself the absolute migraine the PCs on here will give you.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I'm not running extreme graphic games on it but what I am running plays smooth and looks great! I am not a huge fan of the colored lit up fans but they don't take away from what this PC is for. Took it out hooked it up let it update downloaded a game and was playing within an hour. That was a week ago. Zero regrets.

Extremely pleased with this PC. Does indeed have the advertised specs. The 16GB video card is a beast, for this price point. Runs Genshin Impact, Guild Wars 2, FFXIV, Elder Scrolls Online at max settings beautifully. That's what we've tried so far. Was very well packaged and fired up beautifully. Only issue we had was the wifi receiver worked for only 2 days. But that's a cheap replacement. Am so pleased with the PC it's not worth knocking off a star for that.

This PC is the worst. NEVER AND I MEAN never buy this PC from Amazon. My little brother bought himself a PC. We got it. It had an account already on it so whoever had it or used it didn't factory reset it. (THIS PC WAS NEW BTW NOT REFURBISHED) If you get a new PC it should come as it's brand spanking new. You have to log in pluck your language, set up your Wi-Fi etc etc The next thing you should do if you get a new PC is update things in the settings. Certain updates failed or didn't even update after that the PC blue screens I tried factory resetting it for my brother. The BIOS is in Chinese. It should be set in English THE BLUE SCREEN HAPPENS AGAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF FACTORY RESETTING. Look never buy A PC from Amazon or this PC. learn how to build them or buy a PC from a PC website. IF I COULD I WOULD PUT THIS 1 STAR AND A HALF OR NON AT ALL.
