The rug itself is really pretty. And despite being pretty thin, it is soft. My only complaint, and some might actually prefer this, is that it came folded up in a small box instead of rolled like they used to. So there were creases all through it that took awhile to finally come out.

I now have two of these and I couldn't be more pleased! The top surface is soft on bare feet, it stays put, and the low profile allows doors to easily swing over it. The colors are not really strong so it's usually compatible with the décor. The size options are also very useful. (I even use one of these as a drum pad on concrete floor gigs! This is a very soft and low knap rug. It has a non slip backing. I used it under my rolling desk chair and it works beautifully. Colors are soft and neutral.
