We received the watch and it was not working, it is a solar watch, however, we charged the watch for 4 days, and in this time, kept in contact with customer service regarding the watch not working. After several emails with customer service we decided to accept receiving a head replacement but MVMT wanted a copy of the receipt, all we had was the email from Amazon regarding purchasing the watch, that is the ONLY receipt we received! MVMT did not accept this and therefore REFUSED to work with us to return the watch for a refund because we were totally disgusted with trying to get this matter resolved. ... show more
