This product is certainly noise free. Even with careful assembling this thing makes noise every time you turn around in your sleep. All the metal bars that form the base of the mattress leave a little gap after falling into place which is probably the most noisy part. But otherwise too even with all the screws tightened to the extent possible it will still make noise.
