We bought 2 of these in April of 2024. We built one and one of the roof panels was missing. We contacted the seller for the part and now in AUGUST we still don’t have the missing part. Also the item started rusting within the first storm (within 30 days of purchase) We asked for compensation but the seller is only wanted to offer very little. It’s not acceptable. We asked to do return of the second item (still boxed) due to the rust on the first and the seller refused also. They asked that we pay return shipping but that’s just insane! Now I have 2 rust buckets and it hasn’t even been a year…. Very disappointed to say the least. ... show more

Received all 4 boxes, 2 then 2 more next day. No damage, all pieces received. Looks nice, not quite as heavy duty as I would like, but believe it will be fine in my location (Texas, very little snow in the winter). About 8 hours to assemble, definitely need 2 people. Satisfied with my purchase.

This item is not properly advertised. It requires you to pre drill hundreds of holes into the metal pieces in order for you to assemble. They don't tell you that and then when you try to get a refund they won't let you until you return the item. Keep in mind all of the pieces combined weigh close to 400 lb so the return shipping will cost you almost as much as you spent on it. DONT NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! ... show more
