I'm quite impressed with this tablet. I thought it was going to be a tablet in a rugged case, but this is a single unit. I'm using this tablet as my electronic flight board (EFB) in my sim pit. Using it for charts and flight plans and virtual GPS. But I am testing this in sim for use when I start actual flight school. I'm pretty confident this tablet has the physical endurance to keep up. Battery life - Fully charged and then used all day for email, google docs, and light inet browsing I was sitting at 70% when I plugged it in for the night. This is pretty good. However, when I tried to stress test it with some high intensity apps, it started to fail and battery did drop significantly. Performance - one app I use in sim is a flight tracker for other online-simmers. While the app loaded, every refresh cycle I was presented with "this app has stopped responding." The same app runs fine on every other device I've used it on. This tells me I probably won't be watching HD movies, or graphically intense games. Functionality - When used specifically for a direct task, this unit should keep up. For example Car Play/GPS/Home Automation. The strap is very comfortable, however, as a result of the strap going down the centerline of the tablet, there really is no space for a magsafe ring so a holder which clamps the unit is required. But even with the clamp style, you may have to remove the strap. Photos. Water proof - This is always the scary test, but yes! It survived a dunk. But I wouldn't take it snorkeling. I think the intent is on an ATV getting splashed on and caked in mud. In that environment it should be ok. The charging port and SD/SIM slot are well protected as well. Photo. Value - I did notice a newer version of this unit at a slightly lower cost. I would recommend getting the newer version until the price of this one drops significantly. I did not see any other issues with this unit in regards to language/settings/security, but as a general rule, keep your tablets to specific uses and not as your "do all" device. Eventually I'll give this a test on our cell plan, but for now I have no need for it to have a sim card installed. The sim slot does double as a small SD card slot for some expanded memory.

The split screen multitasking function doesn’t work. Very poor customer service response. I have been waiting for a month on an acknowledgment that the problem is being resolved. This function is in the manual for this device.

When I first got this, I thought it was just another android tablet with a more robust shock protection cover. It is absolutely not - this thing is rugged and powerful at its core (not ust a regular tablet with a cover). It is weatherproof to IP68 rating (not exactly sure, but I think this is as close to impervious as they will make devices). They give it some military level rating (MIL-STD-810H), but I will simply say, this thing is beyond anything I think I will ever need (I'm not military and won't be using this during a firefight). Don't take it scuba diving, but it is fine to use in the rain or even the tub. The operating system and processor are extremely fast - much better than the android devices I'm accustomed to. This is thicker and heavier than other tablets, but not bad considering the level of protection it has. Setting it up was absolutely easy as I just followed on-screen instructions and had it sync'd to my cell phone in under an hour (including copying over all contacts, pictures, videos, and apps). I don't have a SIM card installed in my tablet, so it won't send text messages or call, but the option is available for you if you want. I absolutely love the GPS and mapping features, which is one of the aspects I will find most useful. I will use this in my golf cart as a navigation aid. I know that I could do that with my cell phone, but this has a much bigger screen, is more robust, and looks much better. The sound quality is good (not stereo quality, but better than most tablets). The camera is also quite good - again, we are not talking professional quality, but more than enough for video chatting or taking pictures/video. Screen clarity is better than many of the alternatives I've seen. Battery life has been very good and the fast recharger is amazing. You can charge this with any regular usb-c charger but the included charger is super-fast, getting you from empty to 3/4 full in under an hour. I would rate the value for money as exceptional. I've spent more on other tablets that are nowhere near as rugged or as useful. I highly recommend this tablet for anyone that has need for a tablet under less-than-ideal conditions (whether outside in the weather or with risk of falling or basically in the real world).

This is an 11 inch 16GB &128 GB WiFi tablet. This is a MUNBYN 11-inch Rugged Tablet ILT02, Android 14 UTV Tablet, 16GB+128GB with GPS. It is very heavy and sturdy feeling at first glance. The screen is able to be accessed by voice, touch or typing which is wonderful as I have a child just learning how to navigate and uses her voice for that. The clarity of this screen is incredible and really amazing. It’s like a high quality television. The tablet comes fully charged and with all the cords and chargers you need to be fully operational. This tablet is designed to be user friendly and I was able to fully operate it without instructions with the exception of setting up its internet as a WiFi hotspot default. It does take time to navigate this tablet unless you have prior experience with it. You will need a degree of patience but this tablet has a plethora of really good features that fit my needs very well. I did immediately purchase a glass screen protector. I found that it is lighting fast when you get on the internet and is highly functional. The value of this is extremely high due to its versatility, durability and ease of use. The price point of this tablet is modest for all that you have in this tablet. I like it more every day.
