This case checks all the boxes. Durable Great looking Fits and charges in the Switch dock Fits in medium to large cases Ease of removal Great hand ergonomics Easy access to almost everything I can't find much to complain about with this case. In my opinion, it sets the gold standard among Switch cases, and is a must-have. The one and only complaint (read: nitpick) I have, is that you must remove the case to use the kickstand and access the SD card, but I can't imagine many people would consider that a deal-breaker. It doesn't fit particularly well in the super slim switch cases, but the medium sized cases work great. If you're on the fence, don't be. This case rocks.

I bought this case specifically because it had a good amount of reviews that mentioned its dockable. Don’t get me wrong, it is. It’s just very difficult to do so. I feel like I have to force it and I don’t want to break my dock or switch. It took me lots of tries to get it to dock, even then I had to look at where exactly to line it up. I’m going to keep this case because it feels nice when I play it handheld and it isn’t difficult to remove to put my switch back into the dock. Just disappointed because that’s why I bought this exact case, so I wouldn’t have to remove it to dock my switch. If I knew I’d have to remove it, I would have gotten a different case I had my eye on. It is a nice case though and feels sturdy. I recommend if you mostly play handheld.

It's amazing. Very easy to get on and off yet snug. Very good grip (I was concerned about this; wasnt sure from photos). Switch still slides on and off dock with no issues. I rarely get very excited about products but I was giggling when I put this on. So easy and comfort; always nice to get a product that does exactly what it says!!!!!!

I was pretty skeptical about the docking ability of this case after reading some of the poor reviews on here but from my experience I can safely say that I recommend this case. I put a screen protector on my OLED as well and it still clicks into place. I didn't have to force the Switch into the dock at all. I did have to move it around and angle it correctly for it to drop in right but after I figured that out it was smooth sailing. I also tested it to make sure it was charging and connecting to the T.V. and all is well. I'm not sure if people are just buying extra thick screen protectors or what but I bought the top rated screen protector off Amazon to go along with this case and it docks perfectly. The bottom plastic is a bit thin but it's to allow the docking process and I don't forsee any issues with it. The case is held together very well from the sides, bottom of the grips and the top. If you ever dropped it on the ground facing straight up and down the grips would catch it first anyway. The Satisfye grip is still the most ergonomic I've ever used but this is almost just as good and the fact that you don't have to take it off every time you want to dock and also that the joycons are easily removable make this the better buy in my opinion. For what it's worth, it's also half the price.

After my 5-year-old son dropped my wife's new switch, I got her for her birthday to play old school Mario games and 007 golden eye, I knew we needed to get something to protect it. Plenty of option to choose from, but I went with this one based on looks and reviews. We like it, it's able to be put in the dock, adds some protection, while not the best, it still adds something, and we can dock it was our main concern. It also has great looks, pretty light weight, and adds some better grip and comfort for our hands. All in all great job and we like it!

Ordered the product hoping I could keep it in the case and dock it to the charging unit. It fit and was too snug to repeatedly use it for docking and undocking Dicided not use because the switch is usually docked and is not used as a handheld. But if my Swtich is used as a handheld device the case may be deemed very useful.

I've been using this Mumba jacket for my switch OLED since March 2022. I went through the gamut of Hori split pads, Bingbok, generic brand X etc. and I always go back to this chunk of plastic. I have average hands that are busted in some places, so finding something that doesn't cause pain or cramping is important - this thing is still my go to. It adds some heft to the existing joycons without being cumbersome, particularly in the palms, which is super comfortable if a majority of your handheld time is spent lying down. You still have quick access to all the buttons, power and volume, but you now have thick wedges that jutt out of the base. The design provides you extra thumb room to maneuver while supporting the rest or most of your digits. And you can still dock it with no trouble which is cool. Unfortunately the jacket has no access for the back stand which is a bummer, and it's $20 ish, which sounds like a lot for some flexible plastic that has no turbo function, extra buttons or button mapping features. But this is still a comfortable solution for your joycon woes and I recommend it.
