I am 5'5" and my feet don't reach the foot zone if I sleep in normal spot. I have had to scoot pillow down so my feet hit right. I bought this because only my feet get cold and I loved the 4 zone idea. The foot zone is really the bottom 1/4 of my queen bed. Otherwise it works well. My fitted sheet sometimes comes up a bit because of where the cords run but that's very minor. I just tighten back up in the morning when it happens. Overall a solid product. Easy to do and warms up as desired with timer options as well has level of heating.

If both wires came out of the top end of the control then the installation would look much neater (rather than having a wire hanging from the front where it shows). Otherwise the Mattress Pad works as advertised.

The fact that it has 2 temp control zone makes it extra useful . Warms up quickly and is very easy to set up. I always have very cold feet so love using it everyday. I sleep much better using it.

Ordered 2 twin xls for our split king. Everything works as expected the feet zone works great for bothe me and my partner. We love having the ability to warm our feet without having to roast the rest of our body. The cord is very short from the pad to the controller which makes it impossible to do anything but let it hang. Don't feel the heating elements on pad and it has a nice soft feel to it which is nice. The controller is sturdy and the display is straight forward and it's a pressure sensing display so just a firm press activates the function you want. Even after being on for 10hrs at its highest setting the remote is warm which alot of cheaper brands have a tendency to do. I'd definitely recommend these to someone who needs to have thier feet warmer than their body. I was surprised this brand didn't cost more with the spit zone heating since there are single zones that cost more. One great thing not mentioned anywhere I could find is the unit has a memory for when it turns off(or you turn it off) so it will come back to the way it was set. I will update as time goes on about how it's holding up and how well it's working.

I was looking forward to warming my feet as I have neuropathy and warmth helps. I put the mattress pad on only to find that one of the electric attachments was not attached correctly and therefore was exactly where my wife’s hand would lie on it. Needless to say, it was returned. Very poor quality control for a pricey item.

It takes very little and warms it up just perfectly. I love the different areas as my feet get really cold. It is important that the sheets can go over the connections. Many do not allow that but this one does. The one thing I would change is to have the controller face towards the bed and not away from it. It would be easier to read. I am so glad I got this
