I was so excited to get this couch, assembly was easy for the most part the brackets to lock the pieces together are hard to get even with 2 people. BUT I became extremely disappointed within the first 2 months as the leather like top layer started to peel off in chunks like dried old paint. The media could not be loaded. Comfy and easy to clean and pull the bed out. It looks good. When pulled all the way in sleep position, this sofa make a queen size laying space. It is very firm. I purchased a mattress topper to go with it. The arm rest plug in to allow charging for phones and tablets. Pieces are interchangeable and that made it worth the money. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars is the chaise(extremely spacious); it came with a small scratch on it. I don't have the energy to pack it up and send it back. Wow, was I ever surprised when this was uncrated. It is beautiful, the color is dark grey and the fabric is nubby which is what I wanted. What I didn't even realize when I purchased this sofa was the chaise opens up for storage, and under the two seats is a pull out bed. ( It was 2:30 in the morning when I put this into my cart after working 2- 18 hour days in a row. I already took a nap on the sofa, it is not soft which is what I did not want, its firm but very comfortably firm. Seriously, this is a must buy. I purchased 95% of furniture for my place through Amazon. It took less than 1/2 hour to put it together. The painting over the sofa and the coffee table were also purchased on Amazon. I purchased this sofa in white and the color is beautiful. Very easy to put together. The downside is it is very small, chaise is short and would not fit a man. And I agree with other reviews, it’s like sitting on concrete. I sure hope it gets softer because it’s very uncomfortable right now.
