Features

  • Dimensions: The overall size of the hanger is 17" (L)x 5"(W) x 2"(H). The prongs of the hook is 4 3/8"(L) x 1 1/8"(W), and the gap between the prongs is 1 1/8".
  • Heavy-duty: This gym storage rack is made of heavy-duty steel with black anti-rust powder coating to make it strong and textured. It can be used to store small fitness equipment and accessories in home gym, garage and commercial gym.
  • Practical Design: The total length of the product is 17", and 8 prongs are provided. The upward sloping design of the end of the prongs can effectively prevent the hanging items from falling off. Two new carabiners have been added for hanging items that are inconvenient to place on the prongs.
  • Application: Used to hang resistance bands, lifting belts, dip belts, chains, jump ropes, to prevent objects from tangling and keep them clean and tidy. It can also be used to hang baseball bats, medals, small weightlifting equipment and place foam rollers, etc.
  • Easy Installation: Mounting holes are spaced 16" apart, which is stud friendly for most wall studs. Mounting hardware is included. If the mounting hardware is missing, please contact us.

pros -has alot of prongs which is nice -study metal which can hold alot of weight cons -the screws it came with literally broke so they suck; had to use other screws so im not sure how much weight these can hold, -only has two entry holes for screws; would have liked 4

So for this product I did some I had never done before, I ordered a product with 0 reviews. It was risky but the company's other products had good reviews and this was the only thing on Amazon that met all the criteria I wanted for a hanger in my garage gym. 1) it is black 2) it had more than 8 hooks 3) it didn't have the manufacturer's name etched into like Rogue or some of the other companies. That may make sense if you are buying all your stuff from one place but not if you have some stuff from Amazon, some stuff from Rogue, Titan, etc. 4) it came with the installation hardware. Rogue's does not which is shocking. 5) it has places to put 4 screws. Some of the cheaper ones hang with only 2. I was worried it would be a flimsy metal but it is thick, solid and firm. It is not flimsy and could hold much more than I need it to. I am very happy with this product. It is simple yet effective and is a great all around product. I bought this rack to hand bands, handles, jump ropes and tricep ropes. It does the trick. Easy to install, Sturdy. Best of all, it keeps all of my stuff off the ground and organized.
