Compared to other outlet extenders this plug is huge and very bulky. I like that it has USB ports including a USB C. I also like that it is 3 outlet extenders and all are 3 prong. But it’s just too big. I can’t see myself traveling with it. I wanted to use it in my bathroom to create more plug space but when in the top outlet I can’t use the bottom part of the plug and when in the bottom outlet the top becomes 2 prong instead of three. If the bottom plug was on the top instead of the bottom of the extender it would be a good fit but the way this one is made it’s difficult to use in spaces I need extension.

Amazon Vine Review by JL MS This is a very handy electrical outlet socket/splitter due to it having three sides with 15 amp 110/120 plugs and three USB sockets to plug into. The USB has two A-type connectors and one C-type connector to plug into. I have been using a lot of the plain 4-sided 110/120v cubes over the years and I have found those to be really handy. When I saw that this outlet extender also has USB connections, I had to get a few of them. Because these cubes also have USB ports, it will make all my multi-scenes in a mobile video shoot setup a lot easier and much faster to setup and take down. It will be nice not having to bring power supplies for all the USB cables that go to different types of equipment. I have also plugged one of these into the electric wall socket behind my couch. I have the same problem a lot of people run into with furniture that needs to be tight against a wall and has a wall socket behind it that you need to use. These plugs are not large, but do stick out from the wall a few inches and can keep a piece of furniture from touching the wall. To fix this issue all I do is plug a short 1ft extension cord into the wall socket and plug the cube on the other end. This drops the cube down near the floor where there is usually a space where the furniture legs hold it off the ground. I carry a lot of 1ft inexpensive extension cords to solve similar issues in my mobile video shoots. If I am going to be constantly plugging and unplugging something in a hidden plug, I will put a longer extension cord that goes out to the end of the furniture and plug a cube into it there. Then, I don’t have to move the furniture from the wall just to plug in or unplug something from this cube. JL MS Recommends the Gosect, multi plug cube outlet splitter

I got these for travel and for making a plug more flexible for USB cords with no plug ends. I do think they are useful, but not as good as they could be. When you plug them in, depending on which socket of your duplex you plug it into. In the first pic, if it's plugged into the top socket, the bottom one is useful, but then the bottom one on the plug would not be. If you plug it into the bottom socket, it covers the ground pole of the top socket, so that isn't useful. I tried it on two different kinds of duplex sockets, a regular one and a GFCI type and it was similar. Again, it's definitely handy, but know you won't gain quite as many useful sockets as it looks like. The socket itself seemed to work just fine and you do gain the ability to plug in USB or C ended wires along with standard plugs.

I use these in my home because I never seem to have enough outlets for everything I want. They would probably also work pretty well for travel, though they're not the smallest/lightest ones I've seen. But they're not huge or anything either, and they work well in standard outlets.

These outlet expanders are really quite useful. I like that you get different angles to attach multiple large plugs that would otherwise get in each other's way. I had no problem using these to charge my phone nor power electrical equipment.
