Thank you Amazon and mukkpetbike.com for making such a superior ebike available at such a reasonable price. Ive been searching for a bike like this for at least six months and most of the bikes in its class go for twice as much. This is a big powerful bike. The assembly took me less than 30 minutes and I'm not that mechanically inclined. I can't imagine anyone struggling wiith this assembly. The ride is where this bike excells, with 5 levels of pedal assist and flat out full throttle mode you can finely tune just how much effort you want to put into your bike ride. This is a heavy bike (72 LBS) so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who has to navigate stairs with it. The owners manual leaves much to be desired it's confusing with bad pictures and broken English. I was at first disheartened to learn that the support phone number goes to VM. And the "support website" is a one page site telling you to contact them by email. But there was a small mechanical issue with the lock on my battery so I emailed them and they were very fast with a response and resolution to my issue. Having used the bike often, for a month now, I can tell you that this is a solid bike and that if you have any issues with your bike support will be there to help you. BTW I wouldn't recommend this bike for people smaller than say 5'6". I'm 5'10 " and it fits me fine (although at first i was surprised by the size and weight of it.)and I would assume anyone up to 6' 4". I love this bike!! ... show more

Be aware that is a 26” bick, so it’s huuuge. Looks great and sturdy. The battery is not as durable as described, but not bad (but that makes it overpriced in my opinion). The delivery was great. The pack is enormous (80lb). It’s very easy to put together. I would recommend.

Drawbacks are poor seat comfort and feet contact front fender while turning with a pedal in forward position. Customer service is definitely 5 stars; very responsive to customer concerns. Observed top speed on slight decline of 25.2 mph. Weight with battery installed is not much more than a manual steel-framed mountain bike. Rack and fenders were included. ... show more

The bike itself turned out to be not a great fit for me. But the quality was beyond worth the money. The best thing about my experience was when it came time to deal with the sellers. They were knowledgeable, polite, fast, and most importantly, they were understanding. I'm 6'4", and that being the top of the size range for riders on this particular bike, I thought it would work. It didn't. So when I needed to return it, the people at Mukkpet Direct helped me through the entire process, gave me no trouble, and handled my return without incident. I bought this bike on June 6th, I use it to take my 3 year old son to school, appointments and to get to work and home. I am so grateful that my son was not on the bike when this happened. I was riding my bike and the the whole battery holder and battery came off and and hit the pedal, followed by it cracking off and the battery rolled under my front wheel. My sons child seat cracked and the bike was scuffed up all around. I am so grateful that I am okay but something like this is not okay to happen, I was in the bike lane it was a smooth road next to cars going 50 mph if I slipped the other way I would have been ran over by traffic. ... show more
