Got for my wife as an Anniversary gift. Purchased the rear child seat kit from Amazon for my daughter also. Easy enough to put together. They used it so often I purchased one for myself (same company but different style bike). The distance you can go on these is crazy! We haven't used them as much since winter hit, but EVERY mildly sunny day that it isn't raining we have them out! Cant wait for spring/summer with these things! Also recommend getting a handlebar phone mount and a bottle holder!

Five-Star Review (Updated): I did eventually receive the motor, and the bike is back up and running. While the part took a bit longer to arrive, the company stood by their warranty and delivered. As I said, I never had a problem with the bike and was very happy with it until this incident. In the end, the company came through. Customer service may be slow and not reachable by phone, but they do get things done—eventually and accurately. The motor on my bike failed just one day before the warranty expired, after 1,546 miles of smooth use. I got an E036 error, followed all troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. I weigh 147 lbs (well under the 320 lb limit), so weight wasn't an issue. I contacted the manufacturer with all the requested proof and was told I'd get a replacement. After that, communication slowed. It took 12 days with no tracking number, calls went to voicemail, and each support agent seemed unaware of my case. It was a frustrating process.

This e-bike is awesome, we use it for farm work. It was easy to assemble, great & prompt customer service for minor assist on a couple of items, and runs like a champ on our gravel roads. It would be great to buy an enclosed cart attachment for moving light items around. We added a basket attachment, super convenient. Seems like more accessories are becoming available. We use a plastic bag with zip tie to protect the digital display from wet weather. Overall very satisfied with this purchase!

Delivery/Assembly: The bike came in a big box and partially assembled, the buyer only needs to put together the front wheel, handle bars, "dashboard" display, power buttons, and foot rests for the back seat. The instructions aren't very descriptive, so noticing the small things in the provided images helped the most. The thing that was/is lacking are the four nuts that keep the wooden back seat attached to the bike, which were no where to be found in the packaging. I'll be in contact with customer service soon. Driving: Holds two people (~300lbs) well. Acceleration is great and maintaining speed is easy. Breaks work perfectly but were squeaky in the beginning (likely from them being brand new and the noise went away within the first ride). Uphill with two people required some pedaling but the bike still helped a lot. Charging: I don't know much about the charging, I've ridden it about 7 miles (most of it using only battery) and I've used 1 'lights' worth of charge. Each battery has 5 lights that show how charged the battery is. Charging time out of the box took about 2 hours but it doubt it started from zero charge. Other stuff: Front light is not the brightest/widest. The 4 missing nuts for the back seat (as mentioned earlier).

I have investigated many double batteries electric bikes and accidentally discovered the Mukkpet. I have watched numerous videos and materials about this company, and it seems to be a reliable electric bike brand. This double batteries electric bike is the cheapest one I have compared to other companies (other brands sales at $1799-2600). I have been hesitating whether to buy this brand because ebike is not a cheap item, but the advertisement shows that if you don't like it, you can contact them for a free return. Because of this, I placed the order decisively! If I don't like it, I can get a refund, but after receiving the ebike, I was pleasantly surprised and I can't wait to share with you. This is the cheapest and most cost-effective electric bike I have ever bought. What impressed me the most: 1.30ah Battery provides a long ranges. The advertisement says it’s grade battery cells although I don't understand these, I think the range is very long. I rode on fully charged for about an hour, but the battery was still active as if it hadn't been consumed. So I think 30ah double batteries can ride for a week on a single charge. 2. Baskets can be installed. Equipped with cargo, the front and rear baskets can be installed. The quality of the basket is also very sturdy and heavy, it doesn't look like a cheap item. I like the front basket most because it has a wooden board there. 3. It can carry passengers and has a wooden rear seat. Different from other electric bike cargo, the wooden rear seat has a strong quality, and it can even bear a 130+lbs adult instead of just a child. Most electric bikes that can carry people are sold for $1799-2000, which is the cheapest electric bike I have ever seen that can carry people! 4. It has two chargers. It's my first time seeing an electric bike with two chargers, so both batteries can be charged at the same time and the charging time will be fast, about 4-5 hours. 5. The motor has low noise and the ebike has strong climbing ability. I like to ride on mountain. My previous bike used to stall when facing steep slopes, which made me very frustrated. But this electric bike seems to have a super powerful motor, so even when facing steep mountain roads, I can easily climb up! Besides, I was surprised by its design. Firstly, the second battery is under the rear seat. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a design for the first time because it doesn't take up any space and is distributed properly. This is a great design wisdom! Secondly, it is a step through frame, which is convenient for getting on and off the bike, even for those who are short or elderly...... I am currently riding well in the mountain and city road, and I plan to ride in the snow during winter. I will update my comments.

After 7 months of owning this bike I have put 250 miles on it. The crank bent while peddling. When emailing support they are saying it is not covered even though on their website they say it is. Additionally the peddle assist feature stopped working after 4 months and they have yet to send me a replacement for that. I should have just spent my money with a more reputable company.
