Right out of the box, super easy to assemble. Batteries were a little charged so I used it on my back porch. This is the first electric blower I’ve used so I can only compare to electric and gas powered blowers. It’s obviously not as powerful as a gas powered machine but that’s not always important. I have a gas powered blower but the issue with that is it’s so powerful and heavy. You can throttle up and down but it’s hard to adjust the power. This was what I loved about this electric blower it has a high and low setting. The electric aspect means no pulling the rope to start! So you don’t have to wear yourself out before you even start. I have a porch that has leaves on it always and this little machine easily blew those as well as dirt off with ease. The tube is also very narrow and allows for a bit more precision than others. I’d say the main benefit of this machine is how light it is. You could easily carry this around for long enough to blow off the sidewalk and porch without your arm straining. I’m a female, not a weak one, but my arm gets tired carrying the gas powered blower and I have to switch arms every few minutes. The battery wasn’t completely charged so I can’t say how long it lasts fully charged BUT it comes with two batteries which is awesome. If you have a huge area to cover this might not be the right machine for you but if you live in a residential area this would be perfect for a small job like that. It’s also compact and would easily be stored while not in use. I’ll definitely get use out of this and I’ll probably use it more frequently because I won’t have to worry about all the hassle of a gas powered blower like having fuel and the startup. It’s not as loud as the gas blower either but it’s still moderately noisy.

The media could not be loaded. I recently remodeled my garage/man cave so I was mainly looking for a lightweight blower to keep the new bench and floor clean. My primary criteria was small and light with adequate power. For less than fifty bucks I wasn't expecting a lot but this UltraStorm met my expectations and more. It is very lightweight and easy to grab whenever I need to cleanup. Now I can put away the big leaf blower and extension cord instead of cluttering up my great new space. The UltraStorm handled the dust and light debris in the garage without breaking a sweat. Low speed was good enough for the benchtop and high speed on the floor. It was also great at cleaning off the front porch and blasting the spider webs off the outdoor security cameras. Then I headed out to the backyard to see how it faired on bigger stuff. I intentionally tried it on heavily packed fir needles and cones just to compare with the big blower. As expected, it didn't do well (see the video), but again, that was to be expected. This blower just doesn't have the power for heavy duty yard cleanup. Dry needles and leaves on the deck, sure, but not the big wet stuff. The high speed is rated at only 130 mph and 180 cfm, so set expectations accordingly. It is perfect for my use since it is easy to store and grab when I need it. It is so lightweight and isn't as noisy as the big blower, which is important in the garage. The 2.0aH batteries are small and convenient but only last about 15 minutes on high speed. Speaking of batteries, that is the only thing I dislike about this blower, and the reason I deducted one star. They don't seem to be compatible with any readily available batteries and there is nothing on the muellerhome.us website about buying replacements. I guess this blower is cheap enough that you can just replace it when the batteries no longer hold a charge or the charger goes toes up, but that seems short sighted. I also share the charging concern voiced by some other reviewers. The manual warns about leaving a battery on the charger more than 5 hours. My other cordless battery chargers are smart enough to go into maintenance mode once the battery has a full charge. I guess this is charger is not that smart, so I'll have to set a timer whenever I put the battery on the charger. Not a confidence builder. Bottom line, yes, I do recommend this blower for light duty work, but keep the battery issues in mind.

I’ve been using this electric leaf blower for a few weeks now and I’m impressed. No, it’s not as powerful as a gas blower by any means, but for those quick simple jobs like blowing away light debris or keeping your walkways and driveway clean, it absolutely gets the job done. Just curb your expectations, this isn't a professional blower for lawn care businesses. It is however perfect for folks who are less able bodied to work with gas engine blowers, and still be able to do some maintenance. The "upgraded" brushless motor with turbo tech really surprised me. It pushes out a good amount of power for its size and the fact that it runs on a 20V battery makes it even better for noise levels and convenience. It is much quieter than older blowers I have used and I appreciate the fact that it does not require much maintenance. The battery life is not the longest. I get about 15 to 30 minutes per battery depending on how hard I push it. But the great part is that it comes with a second battery, which really makes a difference if you need to cover a larger area or go back for a second pass. Overall, for quick and efficient yard maintenance without dealing with cords or gas, this little blower is a solid choice. Five stars from me.
