The motor is strong, but even so a tip using frozen fruit is to put the frozen fruit in the blender, then the juice and let it sit for a few minutes (10-15 minutes softens the frozen fruit) and then blend. I use this several times a week to mix my ceramic glazes. It's replacing an identical unit that is over 2 years old. It does the job...200 grams. Then the batch goes thru a,100 mesh sieve.

Regrettably, this blender did not work at all upon arrival. It failed to power on despite being correctly assembled and plugged into a working outlet. I followed all setup instructions, but the unit remained completely unresponsive. Very disappointed with the product’s quality…smh

So far works very well. Beware - Instructions state only process for a minute and then rest for a few minutes to continue as motor can burn out. But usually anything i process only takes a minute - pretty powerful for a 15 oz blender and so convenient to use and rinse - off you go !! Use it daily for quick healthy smoothies. ... show more

I wanted a cute personal blender for my RV that would take up minimal counter space. This one coordinated with my decor and was indeed small but unfortunately not powerful enough to blend a basic protein shake. I filled the cup with 1/3 water, 4 ice cubes, 1 chocolate protein pack serving, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Then topped it off with more water to the max level. It blends only the bottom part of the cup. The rest of the ingredients towards the middle to top part of the cup stay stuck and won’t mix. I even tried shaking it and blending again multiple times. It’s cute so I’m disappointed. But I’ll stick with my reliable beast blender. This one will only mix liquid and powders together. It will get hot before all the ice is crushed. ... show more
