Description

Ideal for landscaping and construction workers who require added toe protection, these Muck Chore Classic Tall Steel Toe Men's Rubber Work Boots keep feet dry and comfortable all day long. The 5 mm neoprene is waterproof and shock-absorbent. It also retains heat and is flexible to adjust to the natural contours of the foot for good support. In addition to outer waterproofing, these men's safety boots keep feet dry on the inside by wicking perspiration away from the skin. Built for durability, these men's rubber work boots feature a steel toe for impact protection, a steel shank for added support, and easy-to-clean rubber overlays and outsoles. The Chore boots were made to serve. Whether you’re working up a sweat out in the field or puttering in the garage, these workhorses are ready to get cracking. Delivering heavy duty protection in a lightweight boot, this waterproof boot features a supportive steel shank, a comfy, removable sockliner, and a gathered collar, keeping mud, water, and gravel at bay. Its tough vulcanized rubber shell is slip-resistant, offering shock-absorbing traction and is especially durable on hard surfaces like concrete and gravel. When your work is done, just rinse them off and they’re ready for another day. P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); The story began in 1999 with the sole purpose of building the most comfortable, high performance footwear on the market. The need for a more comfortable boot for use in messy and tough conditions led to the design of The Original Muck Boot Company brand footwear. Every boot in the line is expected to deliver the same 100% waterproof quality and comfort that inspired the original footwear. In just a few years, the line has grown to more than 20 styles, all designed to tackle tough conditions in agriculture, lawn and garden, outdoor sporting, equine, and pet care. Today, the Muck Boot brand defines a standard of comfort and quality that goes beyond the expectations of customers around the country. See more

  • They are great
Size: 12 Color: Black
These boots are great, they was warm in the winter, they had great grip on the bottom, they are comfortable and slip right on, and the back still hasn’t been worn out where it usually does on back of your heel in the muck boots.

  • Men’s 8=Women’s 9
Size: 8 Color: Black
I’m a solid size 8 and haven’t bought men’s boots before but they don’t seem to make steel toe chore boots for women. At least I can’t find any. I bought a size 6,7 and 8 to try. In boots, I prefer a wear a women’s 9 because it allows for thick socks and an insert. I wear boots all day and walk all over the farm so comfort is crucial. The men’s 6 were too small. The 7 was perfect if I didn’t wear socks or an insert. The 8 is great for those items but kinda floppy without. The boots are tall, just about 1-2 inches below the knee and snug where they stop on the leg. They definitely won’t fall down. But I can tell they will be hot. I like them tall like that in case the pigs get a little nippy and I like the steel toes in case the goats decide to help me walk by standing on my feet. They are very comfortable. ... show more

  • Amazing farm boots.
Size: 12 Color: Black
Steel toe is a must have on my farm. They are super comfortable and fit great. They stay cool enough in the summer and warm enough in the winter. They are the perfect all season boot with the best traction and absolutely waterproof.

  • Excellent comfort and warmth, but feet cannot breath
Size: 9 Color: Black
I wear these boots as much as 8-14 hours a day, all day, without taking them off. I work in the pipeline inspection business. Some days I am relatively stationary and outside during days that do not exceed the 20s (Fahrenheit)--your feet will start to get cold in those conditions with these, and that is while wearing thick wool socks. Other days I am very active, on terrain that is muddy, slippery, or concrete, and I am up and down ladders frequently, and often underground wading through water. In all of those conditions I have a confident grip for climbing ladders and slick metal surfaces, and my feet stay warm and dry from outside water. However, these boots do not breath at all, so your feet still get soggy if you wear these boots long enough. My feet are soaked at the end of an 8-12 hour stint wearing these. With the wool socks, my feet are still warm, but having soaked socks is not ideal. Finally, these boots clean relatively easy, but some amount of wet rust mixed with mud sticks around after a hose down on the ankles and neoprene leggings. The soles always come very clean. I have not found a better boot that is fully waterproof and steel toe. Perhaps it cannot be done better, but I will give the boot five stars that performs like these, but breathes as well. Summary: Good Warmth Excellent Comfort Good Traction Excellent Waterproofness Good Cleanability Poor Breathing ... show more

  • Comfortable. Worth the price.

My sons works in a cold factory and doesn’t want to get wet. He says they are comfortable, unlike the cheaper versions.

  • Being Disgustingly Sweaty And Warm Is A Good Thing
Size: 13 Color: Black
I spend most of the year outside working, and in the northeast, winters are miserable. Routinely in the dead of winter, we'll see 14-20 degree temps with wind gusts at 30-40mph. This brings the actual feel to the single digits for a majority of the day. Insulated leather boots eventually absorb the moisture of snow when they melt. The cold sneaks it's way in where the tongue meets the boot. The steel or composite toe leads to some nasty cold against your feet. Salt ruins the metal eyelets. Shoestrings freeze and rot faster. Muck boots are an absolute game changer. I have to change my socks at least once a day while wearing these, BUT, no longer do I have to stop what I'm doing and warm my feet during my shift. So yeah, you're going to get gross. You're going to get sweaty. But you're 100% NOT going to get frostbite on your lower extremities. ... show more

  • Comfortable
Size: 14 Color: Black
These boots are well built, waterproof and warm! Easy to slip on and go. Fitment is nice, and they're not too heavy being steel toe. I have 2 pairs and ya can't go wrong with the muck!
