Description

Ideal for landscaping and construction workers who require added toe protection, these Muck Chore Classic Tall Steel Toe Men's Rubber Work Boots keep feet dry and comfortable all day long. The 5 mm neoprene is waterproof and shock-absorbent. It also retains heat and is flexible to adjust to the natural contours of the foot for good support. In addition to outer waterproofing, these men's safety boots keep feet dry on the inside by wicking perspiration away from the skin. Built for durability, these men's rubber work boots feature a steel toe for impact protection, a steel shank for added support, and easy-to-clean rubber overlays and outsoles. Shaft Circumference: 17 inches The Chore boots were made to serve. Whether you’re working up a sweat out in the field or puttering in the garage, these workhorses are ready to get cracking. Delivering heavy duty protection in a lightweight boot, this waterproof boot features a supportive steel shank, a comfy, removable sockliner, and a gathered collar, keeping mud, water, and gravel at bay. Its tough vulcanized rubber shell is slip-resistant, offering shock-absorbing traction and is especially durable on hard surfaces like concrete and gravel. When your work is done, just rinse them off and they’re ready for another day. The need for a more comfortable boot for use in messy and tough conditions led to the design of The Original Muck Boot Company brand footwear. Every boot in the line is expected to deliver the same 100% waterproof quality and comfort that inspired the original footwear. In just a few years, the line has grown to more than 20 styles, all designed to tackle tough conditions in agriculture, lawn and garden, outdoor sporting, equine, and pet care. Today, the Muck Boot brand defines a standard of comfort and quality that goes beyond the expectations of customers around the country. See more

  • Amazing farm boots.
Size: 12 Color: Black
Steel toe is a must have on my farm. They are super comfortable and fit great. They stay cool enough in the summer and warm enough in the winter. They are the perfect all season boot with the best traction and absolutely waterproof.

  • Fit Well, Comfortable
Size: 11 Color: Black
I agree with the good things all the other reviews say. I got these for the steel toe for safety when I use a chainsaw. The neoprene upper is subject to tears. I cut the top off an old pair of cheap boots and attached it on the outside with Shoe-goo to protect the uppers of the Muck boots. You could buy gaiters but the gaiters cost more than a cheap pair of boots, especially a worn out pair of boots that are ready to be thrown away. The rubber part of the boot sometimes gets pierced by sharp stumps. I am currently using Aquaseal for repairs. I tried Shoe Goo but it didn't seem to adhere for long. The sole came loose from a pair of Muck Wetland boots and I reattached it with Shoe Goo. The repair lasted a long time. These boots seem to be the same as the wetland boots except they are blacker, have a steel toe and the rubber goes up higher for better protection from sharp sticks. These are made in China. The outside rubber on the latest ones is slightly pebbled and I think it used to be smooth. ... show more

  • a very good bood
Size: 10 Color: Black
They have changed the design slightly since my last pair and now they are formed to pull a little tighter around the calf. A little more difficult to get on and need to unroll the top once on, but it does help stuff from falling down inside boots.

  • Great Mud Boots!
Size: 10 Color: Black
Best rubber boots I have ever worn. I gave the rubber boots which my company provided a shot again (new company) and was not surprised when the cheap pair purchased for the project was uncomfortable. I sure didn't like spending over $100 on mud boots but it will be worth it in the long run. The boots are comfortable and I have worn them for a full day a few times already and really didn't notice a difference from my daily boots. I have high arches and I either swap my Red Wing insoles from my daily steel toes or use my Arch Support Foot Sleeves to alleviate the evening sore feet. MuckBoots do not have support for high arches. Pros - Comfortable - Waterproof - Warm yet breathable - Well made Cons - Can be hot in the summer - No arch support Your feet will thank you every time you wear these versus the cheap, $15-$20 option. ... show more

  • The best boots ever
Size: 12 Color: Black
Iv had these boots since 2017, they are used all throughout winter (Pennsylvania) mostly snow shoveling and spreading salt. They are still going strong no signs of damage or tearing. They are really warm, and I especially like that I can fold down the top part of the boot if it gets too warm.

  • Men’s 8=Women’s 9
Size: 8 Color: Black
I’m a solid size 8 and haven’t bought men’s boots before but they don’t seem to make steel toe chore boots for women. At least I can’t find any. I bought a size 6,7 and 8 to try. In boots, I prefer a wear a women’s 9 because it allows for thick socks and an insert. I wear boots all day and walk all over the farm so comfort is crucial. The men’s 6 were too small. The 7 was perfect if I didn’t wear socks or an insert. The 8 is great for those items but kinda floppy without. The boots are tall, just about 1-2 inches below the knee and snug where they stop on the leg. They definitely won’t fall down. But I can tell they will be hot. I like them tall like that in case the pigs get a little nippy and I like the steel toes in case the goats decide to help me walk by standing on my feet. They are very comfortable. ... show more

  • Absolutely great waterproof boots!
Size: 10 Color: Black
I bought these boots for hunting and working in, shall we say, less than dry conditions. I did underground utility construction, and so I was standing in mud pits on a frequent basis. These boots kept my feet dry no matter what happened in the trenches. The steel toes were a big bonus too, and saved my toes from being run over once or twice. They are built really solid in the soles too, and the heel shank even provides you with some good ankle support. Yet another thing I came to love is the fact that they are insulated. And yeah, I guess that is kind of a bad thing if you're looking for something to wear in 80, 90, or 100 degree heat, but it sure came in handy when it hit 3 degrees above here in Montana a few days ago. My feet stayed warm (and dry) the whole day. I would definitely recommend these boots to anyone who works or plays in wet, muddy, or cold conditions. They truly are great. ... show more

  • 7 Stars!!
Size: 12 Color: Black
OMG.. this boot is just amazing!. I work in the muck and get splashed around my ankles and shins constantly! My jeans now stay clean, and my feet dry and comfy! Amazingly easy to slip on and off AND they stay snug. I love these boots soooooo much. Very well made, and sturdy. Only problem is that they run a little too big. Fortunately I accidentally ordered a size smaller. Serendipitous! They are a little wide too and rubbed a blister in my heel the first day from being too loose. But! I went to wallyworld and bought some Dr Sholls insoles. I doubled up with dr sholls and the off brand and wallah! Now I feel dry and am walking on pillows. Definitely worth the extra money! My friend told me about these and that his lasted for six years of heavy use. I can totally see them lasting many years. ... show more
