Description

Designed to protect feet from extreme cold conditions, Muck Woody Max Rubber Insulated Men's Hunting Boots are feature a fleece lining and 5 mm of internal neoprene for excellent heat retention properties. The stretch-fit topline and 2 mm thermal foam barrier under the footbed seal in heat while keeping cold out. The high-grade rubber exterior of these men's hunting boots adds additional waterproofing and toughness. Contoured to the foot's natural shape, the EVA molded midsole provides extra support. The rugged MS-1 molded outsole delivers excellent traction on snow and ice. These insulated hunting boots offer a comfort rating of -40 °F/-40 °C to 40 °F/4 °C.

I use these for hunting and temperatures got as low as 20f. I did wear 1 or 2 pairs of socks under neath but kept my feet extra warm. My calves were a little tight but I had plenty of room in my feet. I am normally a 7 in men’s and ordered a 9. Have plenty of room in my toes.

I have been using Muck Woody Max boots for probably 10 years. These new ones have a different lining and are much warmer. The sizing is perfect and these fit like all my other pairs. These are "direct" replacements of my old Muck Wood Max boots. They are warmer, but the material at the top edge will chafe bare skin (the old did not) so figure on tucking in pant legs or wear long socks

These babies are comfortable and warm. Definitely not for early season deer hunting in Texas, you will sweat out. But during early December they were great. Fit great out of the box in soles are replaceable but not necessary out of the box. Most other all season boots I e had to replace the sole immediately to be comfortable, not the case here. Perfect boots for all around activities. I use mine for fishing and they fit perfectly, creating a nice snug fit. They wash off easy, definitely worth the price. Never had muck boots before but I am definitely impressed. Will be buying another pair.
