The laptop handles both programs with ease — switching between video scenes, slides, and camera feeds is smooth and lag-free. The 144Hz display makes everything look crisp and fluid, which is great for monitoring live visuals. Even though it’s a gaming laptop, it’s lightweight and portable enough to carry to different church locations when needed.     • Horrible Battery Life & Gets Too Hot

Great performance for the price but im going to be brutally honest for future consumers. Ive noticed the top panel above the keyboard gets uncomfortably hot during moderate gaming and thats with a modified laptop cooler i boosted to 14v from 12v. Even with that fan on max blast with space underneath for airflow that top piece gets too hot to touch after only 30 min of playing light games. The only other real issue is the atrocious battery. Manufacturer was unbelievably cheap with choosing a battery. Youll be lucky to gets 2-3 hours out of a full battery just watching youtube on it. Try to play a game 45min to 1hr ar best. Absolutely disgusting battery life. Protect that power cable with your life. Other than that its a good laptop. Still not worth $600 or $800 by the time someone reads this. Unfortunately most of these price hikes are just because the dollar is slowly collapsing ... show more

i have not had any issues with this and have had it for 2 months i have not tested the battery because mine is usually plugged in a lot of the time the caps lock key felt a little sticky at one point but i fixed it by pushing down on it a bit hard -other than that one time zero issues with the keys

    • Good Laptop, But Warranty and Seller Support Are a Problem

I actually like this laptop overall. For someone like me who isn’t a heavy gamer, it performs well. The 15.6” Full HD display with 144Hz looks great, and the performance from the Intel i5-13420H, 16GB RAM, and RTX 3050 has been smooth for everyday use and light gaming. However, after about 11 months of use, I started having issues with the keyboard. Certain keys like W, K, and some symbol keys randomly stop working, and the problem only fixes temporarily before coming back. I also experienced uneven keyboard backlighting at one point. Battery life is another downside. It drains quickly and often needs to stay plugged in to avoid dying fast, even during normal use. The bigger issue is the seller and warranty situation. The listing mentions a “limited” warranty, but when I looked into it, I was told to contact the seller directly. When I reached out to the manufacturer, I was informed that the warranty had already started before I purchased the laptop and expired only a few months after I received it. Because of this, I couldn’t get help through the manufacturer at all. I am and have been fully willing to have the seller repair the laptop. However, the way they handle it is concerning. They repeatedly instruct me to send the laptop to an address they refer to as “Amazon repair,” which is not an official Amazon return or repair process. They do not provide a prepaid shipping label, no clear timeline, and expect me to pay out of pocket to send my device. Amazon customer support has reached out to the seller multiple times requesting a replacement, but the seller continues to ignore those requests and repeats the same instructions to send it to that address. At this point, the issue is not just the hardware—it’s the lack of proper support. I would be cautious buying from this seller, especially if you expect reliable warranty coverage or a clear repair/replacement process. ... show more
