So this is either a refurbished GE75 Raider 10SF or a new one that has been modified with a PCIE 1tb and an extra 16gb of ram bringing the total ram to 32gb as advertised. It would be nice if the seller could elaborate. The original model had a 1TB HDD, 512 SSD, and only 16gb of Ram. Just note that the factory seal was broken and it seemed to have been upgraded with the advertised parts. To the best of my knowledge the new PCIE is an ADATA Swordfish 1TB ssd (actually nice because all that bloatware that usually comes on these PCs was not there). Really solid PC all around it would just be nice if the seller explained how the laptops were upgraded. Other than those concerns I love this PC. Cooling stays below 75 degrees Celsius even on the toughest games so cooling is not an issue. I'd buy it again. I'll update down the road if I have any issues. ... show more

So far I have nothing negative to say! Large screen, alot of storage, fast. I use it for work where I run Autocad and multiple other programs at once and it's handling everything well. Loads quickly. It's made my life easier!!

It's a great portable platform that makes for a great desktop replacement. If it can run Flight Simulator 2020 on ultra at 30fps and above at JFK I international on a busy day, it's a keeper.

Why do MSI put ADATA SWORDFISH SSD in their laptops ? It crashes within 1 year. Then don't loose time to try to repair it or to update driver/firmware or to reinstall windows, it has no effect, you can do chkdsk /f every day to see at what speed your SSD is dying. Just check feedbacks on ADATA SSD before buying. Ask for anything else than ADATA. So I had to buy a new ssd. And 2 years later my MSI laptop fails on a Windows update... No way to install this update, even reinstalling Windows 11 didn't work. I'll never buy MSI again. ... show more

Great laptop overall. Recently purchased and having a great time. Everything is extremely fast and outperforms even expensive gaming PC’s. Screen quality is great and you can make many adjustments to fit your liking. I have yet to try the touch screen features but I’m sure I will. And for gaming it goes crazy. Everything is instant and feels extremely smooth. I love how well the laptop controls its internal temperature. Hardly notice the fans running even while playing very demanding games.
