Great value with the refurb price! I would not have known it wasn't brand new if someone had given it to me. Installed with a 3700x in the socket, 16 gigs of 3600 Corsair Vengeance in the slots, an xfx 5700xt thick III and a Sabrent 1tb rocket m.2 drive in the x4. Everything worked perfectly on the first power up and has continued to do so. Bios is easy to navigate and set up. I'm not over locking. The integrated I/0 shield is so much better than the standard flimsy piece of tin. No bloodshed! I would not hesitate to recommend the board for a new Rizen build or upgrade.

So I'm a dummy and didn't realize I was buying a refurbished mobo. I probably wouldn't have bought this as a refurbished part but I could not tell if this was ever used at all. Came with a brand new manual and zero evidence of previous use. I'm really happy. The mobo itself installed fine and ran perfectly. Updating the bios was an absolute breeze.

Nice board, brand new looking, works great. Had issue with the dram a2 slot, but idk if it was CPU or board, but got it solved. Only reason I gave it a 4 was that I didnt know it was a refurbished/returned board, wish it was typed out a little better showing it on Amazon. Would of gotten a new one Instead. But overall I'm happy. Was missing the guide book ( thank God for downloadable one on msi website )

Not sure what I can say it's a good mother board. I did have to reset the bios by pushing the button on the back of the io panel as it wouldn't post. It took me 2 hrs to figure that out lol. But runs great.

Do not buy this mobo!!! This is one of the cheapest made mobos out right now, especiallyat that price, it's not worth it at all. The vram is horrible and it only has like 4 layers maybe 5 i think, which together will make it run really hot and not do well for your cpu or anything really. That's not to say MSI is bad, just this mobo specifically. For the same price(depending on prices at the time), the MSI MAG x570 Tomahawk Wifi is one of THE BEST mobos out right now, especially as I got mine for $205usd. It has more a couple more layers and the vram competes with some of the high end flagship mobos from each major distributor. It also comes with a 2.5gb ethernet port instead of the 1gb connection that the Gaming Edge mobo has. It's amazing how MSI can make both the worst and best mobos at a great price at the same time, lol.
