I really like how this unit fits with my current build. The box says intel lga 1700 but it's compatible with AM 4 sockets for the Ryzen 5000 series CPU's. It has adapters for all possible configurations so it's able to be used by AMD and Intel. I only used a bit of thermal paste in the middle and it's keeping my CPU very cool. The light effects are nice too. Fans are super quiet too and the unit is quite large so be careful when installing not to block anything important. It barely fit in the top of the case but it fit. It works well with my computer and was fairly easy to install. Main problem is it's so big only fits in the front or the top of my Antec E atx computer tower. I have it installed in the top of my rig with the fans sucking air out the top of my case. I suggest Antec computer tower for your build, if you want to use something like the rtx 4090.

I do wish it came with some tube combs to keep things together and under control. The display is a neat feature. I mainly got it because the competitors require too much bloatware, and it isn't all that flashy like something from corsair would be, and I love that they mostly let their products do the advertising for them (no annoying 'msi' logos forced on you anywhere). Plus, I got the Liquid Suprim 4090, so I don't want to have a bunch of clashing brands with more and more software. I've had it for about 8 months now. I haven't noticed any coil whine or anything, but I'm not listening super close for it. The pump can be kind of loud, but that's true for pretty much any full load pump. It has a fan on the water block - which is a neat feature. It makes the block pretty huge compared to past AIO's that I've used, though. So far, no regrets with it. I plan to use it to EOL.

The media could not be loaded. The fans growl and moan when they rev up. I'm gonna replace them with Arctic ARGB fans and see if that helps. The cooler itself works just fine. Keeps my 7800X3D down to about 72°C on full load. Hangs around 54°C when gaming. Idles at around 38°-44°C when idling. I'm happy with that. Just don't like that this came with such poor quality fans. Update: Replaced the fans with Arctic P12 PWM PST A-RGB fans. No more groaning sound. Totally silent!

Installed on my 7800X3D x 4090 combo. Fantastic temps. Package temps idle around 49C however core temps idle around 29C to 33C and after research seems completely normal for these new ryzen chips. Under max load (CPUZ or Cinebench) and gaming load I’ve never seen higher than 69C (nice) on any of the cores. Package temps will max out around 77C. However run more consistently around 72C under full load. Easy to set up and control Rgb. Super easy install on my case. I did this more for the fun than anything as you can buy air coolers like the thermalright phantom 120 for 35$ and does almost as good. As I tested on my current set up.

The AIO looks beautiful when working! I installed it on a MSI Z490 motherboard with a Intel i7-10700K (LGA1200). Let me start by first saying this isn’t my first pc build. I’ve built 6 other computers between work and home, so it’s not like I’m a *complete* noob. But alas, issues came after first boot. I spun up my pc, and the AIO LEDs lit up, and all 3 radiator fans were spinning. Only issue was I couldn’t hear the pump. I checked my CPU temperature with CoreTemp, and the temperature was 99C (210.2F) after a minute of uptime. I immediately shut my pc down, and inspected the CPU/AIO and cable setup. Springs were appropriately tightened - not too much, not to little, physical contact was made, and everything was wired correctly. I used a pea-sized glob of Arctic MX4 thermal compound in the center of the CPU’s IHS. After waiting for my CPU to cool, I did another quick spin up to check if the pump was working - fans were spinning but the AIO lights were now off. I still didn’t hear the pump going, and realized it’s probably dead. I’m thinking I just got a bad unit? I know I didn’t install it wrong. The fans were in a push configuration, layered; Fans->Radiator->outside case, exhausting the air from inside the case into my room. The pump was plugged directly into the motherboard on its own 5v port. I tried moving it to a different port, but it didn’t work. I messed with it for quite a bit before I decided it’s dead. I’m sad I have to write this review. I hardly write reviews on Amazon, but this just annoyed me because I spent over an hour getting this setup. I think I’m just gonna get traditional aluminum heatsinks from here on out, this pc will probably get a Noctula.
