First off, ensure you know which MSI product the review you’re reading covers. This review covers the MSI MPG Coreliquid K240. I purchased this version versus others by MSI specifically because the pump was mounted to the CPU and not the radiator. Most of the others are mounted to the radiator. My radiator is cooled on exhaust so it’s important the pump be physically below the radiator. All in all a good pump for the price. I would pay a little more for an LED screen over LCD. However I’m replacing the fans. The fans (which are relatively nice) blow air through the face instead of sucking it. Usually it’s “faces suck.” This means that dragon logo gets covered up by the radiator and you can see the warning sticker and wires inside my case. Also, these fans are impossible to buy on Amazon or through the MSI website and if you like to have matching fans like me, it’s kind of a bummer. Good product. Poor implementation into the fans. Update: I ended up mounting the fans to the bottom since they could face in and blow air. Looks nice. Still poor implementation but dang the fans look nice. ... show more

I went through 3 different coolers to get to this one. As the headline says, this cooler is wonderful and is keeping my i9 12900ks nice and cool. It looks great, very quiet, and I can control the fans with 3rd party software under load, i'm only every reaching 68c max overclocked. My pc intakes air from the front and uses this cooler as an exhaust out the top with 1 additional exhaust in the rear. I'm so very happy with it. FYI this is an LGA 1700 CPU and the kit came with mounting hardware specifically for LGA 1700 (and others!) so don't fret about that. ... show more

They cool and run quietly, and although we install 3-4 coolers each week, are an easy installation even for the newbie. This is a great looking product and I have great respect for MSI so I will assume this is just a "bad apple". After installation and minor adjustments, the AIO fans will not start without assistance.
